To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 3:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. - Check-out 11:00 a.m. - If arriving outside of the check-in times, please call to make arrangements. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Smoking Policy - Absolutely NO SMOKING in any cabin, tent, wagon, or building located at Boulder Creek Lodge. - All smoking must take place outside of all facilities listed. Pet Policy - Boulder Creek Lodge Montana is considered Pet-Friendly. - Pets are allowed in the cabins, but NOT in the Tipis or Wagon. - No pets are allowed in the Tipis or Wagon at any time. - For the safety of all guests, ALL pets are required to be kept on leash at all times. - There is a $10.00 per night per pet fee. - All guests are asked to convey if they have a pet staying overnight. - If a guest is found to have a pet and did not convey that fact, BCL will make appropriate charges to the room reservation. - While BCL is considered pet friendly, the owner accepts ALL responsibility and liability to either person or property while staying at Boulder Creek Lodge Montana-owned grounds and facilities. - All pets must be kept in a cage if left alone in the rental. Pet damages may be assessed if necessary. Children - Parents are responsible AT ALL TIMES for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise and monitor small children in the shower and restroom, near Boulder Creek, and playground. There are cars, RVs, and campers that move around the grounds on the RV Park and grounds. - The safety of your family is important to use. - PLEASE AT ALL TIMES SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN WHILE A GUEST OR A VISITOR AT BOULDER CREEK LODGE MONTANA. Laundry - Laundry facilities are available for the guest's use at the shower house located in the RV Park area. $2.00 per load for both washer and dryer. - Quarters are needed for operation. Restrooms and Showers - Restrooms and showers are available at the shower house in the RV park area and the rear entrance to the lower level of the main lodge. Alcohol - Boulder Creek Lodge Montana prides itself on being a family-friendly resort at ALL times. - All alcohol should be stored away from the plain site at all times. - When guests leave the cabin area, all cans and bottles should be stored so as not to be seen by other children and guests at Boulder Creek Lodge Montana. Trees - Trees and the shade they provide are an integral part of an enjoyable resort and campground experience. - However, healthy and well-maintained trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. - We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for property damage, injury, or other circumstances that may result. - Please take this into consideration when parking in the RV Park, camping area, or resort in general. - Boulder Creek Lodge Montana or its ownership is NOT responsible for loss, damage, or claim to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. No Drone Fly Zone - The flying of any drone-like device is prohibited at any time while on the all grounds owned by Boulder Creek Lodge Montana. Weapons Policy - Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is NOT PERMITTED while on Boulder Creek Lodge Montana's entire property. Miscellaneous Policy - Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a $25 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
