To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In and Check-Out Procedure - Check in 1:00 pm. - Check out 11:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Speed Limit - Please obey all speed limit and traffic signs. Guest Conduct & Behavior - Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. RV & Vehicle Policies - Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. - Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited. - No mechanical repairs are allowed on site. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool. Pet Policy - Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV. - Extendable leashes are not permitted. - Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas. - Pets must be supervised at all times. - Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control. - Guests are required to pick up after their pets. - Failure to comply can result in a fine or require removal of the pet from the resort. - Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed. - Failure to comply will at the sole discretion of resort management require you to remove your pet from the resort. - Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited. - If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly. Reservation Deposit Policy - Daily and weekly reservations require a deposit equal to a one night stay. - Monthly reservations require a deposit of 1 month site rent. - Higher deposits may be charged for stays in high season.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
