To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

RATES & SITE ASSIGNMENT: - Site assignment is not a guarantee. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - RV RATES are for 4 people and 1 pet. Extra guest is $5 daily, Extra dog is $5 daily. - Cottage rates are based on occupancy of 4 persons. Extra guest is $15 daily, pet is $15 daily, under the age of 6 free. No cats in cottages. DEPOSIT: - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Payment for gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase. - Other charges/fees should be paid upon check-in (like pet fee, extra guest fee, etc). MEMBERSHIPS/DISCOUNTS: We only honor the following discounts: - Military Discount - 10% off - all year round - RV sites only - Good Sam - 10% off - all year round - RV sites only - Escapees - 15% off - from October to May 1 only - RV sites only - Passport America - 50% off - from October to May 1 only - RV sites only Note: - Guests should select the discount they will use upon booking online or inform the TRR reservation staff if they are booking over the phone or in person. - No multiple discounts, guests should only choose 1. 1 discount per reservation only. If guests fail to select it upon booking, they cannot use it. - Membership or discount cards, or military ID should be presented upon check-in for validation. - Failure to present the discount cards or ID will forfeit the discount and the full amount will be charged to the guests. CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: - For the pleasure and comfort of all guests, you are required to observe the following rules: - Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am - Check In Time: RV Sites & Hot Tub 1:00 pm - Check In Time: Cottage sites 3:00 pm - Check Out Time: 11:00 am Request for early check-in/late check-out will be subject for approval and must be requested on the day of check-in or check-out to the front desk office. Late check-out fee is $50 (until 1pm only). Staying past 1pm (subject for approval) will be considered another night stay and will be charged accordingly. KEYS/ACCESS CODES: - Upon check-in, front desk will hand-over the key/access code to the registered guest. - Guests should return the key to the front desk when they check-out. - Unreturned key or lost key will be charged $25 per key. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: - Additional cleaning and sanitizing fee will be charged to the guest if vomit, feces, or anything similar was found outside of the bathroom. - Fees may vary depending on the amount of time spent cleaning and sanitizing the unit. - Additional fee will be charged to the guest if we find unrecoverable damages like stained and torn towels and linens, since we can no longer use them and we will have to replace them with a new set. - All damages and more than regular clean-up after the guest's stay must be reported to the front desk. Notice of Rules: As a registered guest in Turtle Rock RV Resort, you assume responsibility for the conduct and actions of all guests and visitors within your campsite and the limits of the resort. You are responsible and are expected to abide by the following rules: - Obey the 7mph speed limit within the resort, with NO exceptions. - You must check out by 11 am or a late departure fee equal to the daily site rate will be charged. - Restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms are for our guests only. - For the convenience of all guests, promptly remove your laundry and leave the laundry room neat and clean, cleaning out the lint traps, and removing any and all personal items such as clothes, soaps, shaving equipment, etc. - Oil changes, vehicle repairs, and washing of RV or vehicle not allowed within the park. - All units must be registered in the name of the occupant. - To respect the privacy of others you are not allowed to cross over another occupied site without the permission of the occupant themselves. - No street parking. Extra vehicle parking available in overflow area at no charge. - No tents on RV sites or cottages. - No boats allowed in the park. Pets - For your protection and the protection of others, dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. - Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. - Leashes must be short enough as to prohibit pets from entering another occupied site. - Pets are not allowed in restrooms and laundry facilities with the exception of a trained, certified assisted pet. - No pets on furniture or in lofts (couches, beds, etc), gates to lofts are provided. - All pet owners are responsible for their animal’s behavior, containment and removal of the animals waste. - If your dog pees or poops in the cottage, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee (biohazard waste fee included) as well as the cost to replace any furniture or fixture that is damaged. - Good behavior is required. - Dogs are not to be left unattended in either an RV or a cottage unless they are crated and do not bark. - Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. - Dog off-leash fee $15, second time they will be evicted from the park. - Remember manners; constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations, without a refund. - No cats in the cottages. Site Rules: - Sewer connection devices must comply with regulatory requirements set forth by the State of Oregon. Overloading the sewer will cost up to $250. - All campsites will remain uncluttered. Storage of any type is prohibited. - Clothes lines are not permitted. No tarps. - Campfires are allowed but only in the designated fire pits. R efer to rules on resort map. Your stay will be calculated at a daily, weekly or 30-day rate. Turtle Rock RV Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep your personal items secured when not in use. Guests agree that at the end of the term of this agreement, the guest shall immediately move his or her RV out of the park. The guest also agrees to abide by all resort rules and regulations set forth herein, as well as those posted and or distributed, plus all of the terms of this agreement. Guest shall be responsible for all damage caused by guest or any of the guests or visitors they have visiting. These rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned rules will result in immediate removal from the resort and all monies paid will be forfeited. *Current reservation rules subject to change without notice. For your health and safety, your space must be kept clean and free of debris, electrical cords, hoses, or other items that can present a hazard to yourself and or others. Turtle Rock RV Resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries to any person while on campground property; for any lost or stolen items; or for damage to vehicles, RVs or personal property. If you have any questions please inquire at the reservation office. Turtle Rock property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The guest accepts privileges with the understanding that guest does hereby release Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC, its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss of any kind or damage to property or injury to guest or any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of resort facilities. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Parents or their guardians are responsible for children's behavior at all times. All park occupants and guests must comply with federal, state, local laws and park rules. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old. WIFI & DSL: - Turtle Rock RV Resort provides complimentary unsecured WIFI and DSL network service to guests on an AS-IS basis and assumes no liability as a result of connecting to the service. - Guest use of WIFI system is at own risk. Bandwidth limited to surfing and emailing on park WIFI. - WiFi Password: turtlelove OCEAN/SHORE HAZARDS: For your safety be aware of high sneaker waves, deep water, outgoing currents, overhanging cliffs, falling rocks, drift logs in surf. WARNING: No Lifeguard on duty at creek or ocean. FISHING: Allowed on resort property only at east end of Hunter Creek Loop bridge during fishing season. No fish cleaning in park. Use fish station at the port of Gold Beach. All rentals are NON-Smoking. Renters are fully aware that tobacco odor, marijuana odor, smoking paraphernalia found inside cottages will result in mandatory minimum cleaning charge of $250.00 for cleaning and painting. Damage/Loss of Equipment Policy: - I acknowledge that if I lose or damage ebikes, scooters, lifejackets, paddles, or paddleboard, the following expenses stated below may be charged to my credit card provided, as an additional charge to the rental fee. Paddle Replacement: $75.00/each Lifejacket replacement: $25.00/each Helmet Replacement: $35 dollars each Kid Carrier bike attachment: $300 each Electric Bike Replacement $1,750.00 Scooter Replacement $1,750.00 Paddleboard Replacement: $700 Repair to boards, scooters, or bikes: $100.00/minimum and $35 per hour billed to your card on file. Electric Bike, Scooters and Paddleboard Rules: 1) Lifejackets must be worn at all times paddle boarding. Helmets must be worn at all times while using Electric bikes and Scooters. 2) Do not use paddles to push off the bottom, as it breaks the ends of paddles. Keep the paddleboard away from sharp objects like fallen trees or blackberry bushes. 3) I will return the electric bike, scooter, paddle board empty of any trash and mud or be subject to a $20.00 cleaning fee. 4) No dragging paddleboards across gravel, pavement or concrete, as it causes holes. 5) Ridding at nighttime is Dangerous we do not recommend that you ride after sunset, the bikes are equipped with lights however traffic on the 101 can be very heavy and swift, you are riding at your own risk we advise you to wear reflective shirts and stay off the freeway. 6) There is no lifeguard on duty, if you cannot swim you should not be renting equipment for the water by signing this document you are certifying that you can swim and are able to use the equipment rented. 7) This equipment is for use in fresh water only, do not take it in the ocean, the Pacific Ocean near the park has strong rip tides and under currents by signing this you agree to not use the equipment in the ocean 8) Electric Bikes and scooters are not toys, these bikes are fast machines and can be very dangerous by signing this document you certify that you are able to ride an electric bike or scooter and have been shown how they are controlled you feel confident you can handle this bike/scooter and everything is in working order. Helmets are to be worn at all times. If the bike/scooter stops working because of a crash you will be charged a $65 non-refundable rescue fee if it’s within 10 miles of the address 28788 Hunter Creek Loop, Gold Beach Oregon 97444 anything outside of the 10-mile radius you will be charged $75, no fee will be accessed if the bike/scooter stops working at no fault of the renter. 9) Bikes/Scooters come with locks and GPS tracker it is your responsibility to secure the bike/scooter while not riding it, if the bike is stolen and we are not able to locate it via GPS you agree to pay $1,400 replacement fee. 10) $200 fee will be charged to the renter if any of our staff will need to pick-up our ebike, scooter, paddle board for any reason. This does not include the charges for any damages (if any). Oregon State requires all riders of electrical bikes to be 16 years of age. E-Bikes are not to be ridden on any sidewalk. Renter may be at risk of getting a ticket if seen riding an e-bike on an unapproved path, sidewalk or roadway. Prohibition against e-bikes on state park trails is imposed by OAR 736-010-0025(3) which restricts e-bike use in Oregon parks. EBIKE & SCOOTER RENTAL I accept the use, as is, of the bike/scooter rental equipment, and accept full responsibility for its care while it is in my possession. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and Beach Trail Rentals LLC for all loss or damage I may have caused to this equipment, except for responsible wear and tear to the equipment. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and Beach Trail Rentals LLC and its owners, agents, and employees, as well as the equipment manufacturers and distributers, of any and all loss or damage I may cause to person or property while engaged in bike related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for personal injury, death and/or property damage that may arise out of the use of this bike and its equipment, to myself or others. I assume the risk of actual or alleged transmission of a communicable disease such as COVID-19. I understand and am aware that biking is a HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY. I understand that biking/riding scooters involves a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body. I hereby freely and expressly assume and accept responsibility for any and all risks of harm and/or death while participating in this activity. I understand that it is not possible to predict every situation and condition of the terrain the bike/scooter will be ridden on; therefore, it is impossible to guarantee the bike/scooter I use will react safely in all riding conditions. I realize it is mandatory that I wear a helmet at all times while biking/riding scooter and that I obey all trail signs and remain on open trails. I understand that I am financially responsible for the replacing/repairing of the bicycle/scooter and any of its components if any damage occurs while in my use. I acknowledge that I will be charged the full retail value of any rental equipment that is not returned due to loss or theft. I have read the above paragraphs and fully understand them. I have made no misrepresentation to Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC or Beach Trail Rentals LLC regarding my name, address or age. The below signature acknowledges that as an adult, I also take responsibility for any minors in our rental party. This agreement is governed by the applicable law of Oregon. If any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. I agree that there have been no warranties expressed or implied, which have been made to me, which extend beyond the descriptions of the equipment listed on this form. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and release of liability and I understand its contents. I understand that my signature below expressly waives any rights I may have to sue Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and Beach Trail Rentals LLC for injuries or damage. STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS (SUP) RENTAL Allowable Use Area: The allowable use area of the rental equipment includes all inland waters in the area of Curry County. The lessee agrees to remain with this area. The Ocean is not included in the allowable areas, the current is dangerous and waves are un-predictable Acknowledgment of Qualification & Physical Fitness Risks: Stand-up Paddle Boarding (SUP’ing) is a physical sport. It may result in injuries or death to your body or equipment. The lessee verifies they are sufficiently qualified to operate the equipment within the allowable use area. The lessee agrees to not use this equipment while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. Fatigue, chill, dizziness & other health or environmental factors may diminish reaction time and increase risk of accidents. The lessee understands the health risks and acknowledges they are physically able to safely use the equipment. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks such as, but not limited to the following: SUP’ing is a physical sport that may result in injuries or death. The allowable use of waters have risks associated with wind, waves, tidal currents, & boat traffic. The allowable use of waters have wildlife risks associated with dangerous marine life – seals, sharks, jellyfish, and birds. Sun exposure can cause cancer – be smart and wear sun protection and stay hydrated to avoid sunburn, sunstroke, & dehydration. Do NOT SUP alone – always have a buddy or someone on the shore watching you. Risks of collision with objects above and below the water. Risks from inclement weather, lightning, wind, rain, hail, temperature fluctuations, hypothermia, heat exposure. Risks associated with equipment failure or equipment misuse. FOG – Coastal Oregon is engulfed in fog banks reducing visibility to 50’ or less – be aware of fog. The lessee recognizes and accepts this list of inherent risks. More Risks may exist that have not been covered here; the lessee agrees to accept these and any others that may arise from the use of this equipment. Hold Harmless Clause: The lessee agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify collectively, Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC, affiliated, and successor companies, real and personal property owners, its officers, members, agents and employees from and against any and all claims for any injury, property damage of any kind, or death under all circumstances including those caused by negligence, loss or cost including without limitation, to attorney’s fees, arising in whole or in part, anywhere occasioned by any act or omission of the agreement, and any act or omission of any person utilizing the equipment. The lessee agrees that Turtle Rock RV Resort LL is not liable in any facet for any injuries or death for any period during or after the terms of this agreement. If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall remain in full force and effect. In signing below or by selecting AGREE/ACCEPT online before you enter your payment details, the lessee acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree the terms of this agreement in its entirety and voluntarily and freely agree to its terms. I am at least 18 years old and have read and fully understand this agreement. If under age of 18: I am the legal guardian, I have read and fully understand this agreement. Renters further agree and authorize Turtle Rock RV Resort LLC and Beach Trail Rentals LLC to charge Renters credit card account for any and all damages or missing items belonging to rental or any extra cleaning, and damage to park or rental and authorize charges to Renter's credit card. Cottage hot tub(s) and RV hot tub(s) are private and are not for public use. I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE TURTLE ROCK RV RESORT LLC AND BEACH TRAIL RENTALS LLC'S RULES AND REGULATIONS AS POSTED IN THE OFFICE AND/OR ON THE PARK GROUNDS/LITERATURE. Rates are subject to change.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
