Appeal Rating Avoid this place like the plague. Unfriendly rude Manager. New management has ruined a once nice but expensive park. They offer nothing now. You can not even get a roll of toilet paper.
Also if you are an extended stay, they will rep you off when you finally leave. Ripped us off a whole month.

September 16-20, 2020. Due to Covid-19 the bathrooms, showers, pool & game room were closed. This place is very well maintained. Excellent selection of RV needs in the store (cables, hoses, caulking, fittings, gaskets, etc). Plenty of space between spaces (about 20 feet). Nice plush green grass everywhere. Lot's of bushes, trees and folage. Everyone is friendly. 145 sites with full hook-ups. Minimal highway noise & a couple trains went by. Easy on/off access to I-82. Plenty of room to maneuver even the largest rig. Highly recommend.

Appeal Rating Arrived on a Sunday shortly after 5:00 to learn office closes at 5:00 - hours not shown on website - but friendly staff took me into the office to pick one of the 6 or 7 open sites out of the 145 sites at the park. Reservations are probably a good idea. A camp host then took us to our spot- a wide, long, level pull through lined with smooth rocks and surrounded by beautiful, green, perfectly manicured grass and gorgeous landscaping. The bathrooms offered the cleanest private toilet, sink and shower. I saw the fenced area for dogs to be off leash, beautiful green grass in there as well. I wish we had more to stay and explore the campground and general store but I was impressed with what I saw just staying overnight. Best and most beautiful RV park I have ever stayed in by far!

Appeal Rating As a newbie, this was a great first experience! Staff absolutely wonderful, entire RV park well taken care of with room between sites. Great activities too. Bathrooms clean and nice hot shower! They had a pull through, which was a plus. They are popular, so plan ahead and reserve early.

Appeal Rating One of the best campgrounds I have stayed at. Clean, well maintained, all the sites clean and of a very nice size and layout even the lawns were some of the best I have ever seen for a RV park.. I cannot say anything wrong with this Park as there was nothing wrong.

We stayed 4 nights to visit several nearby NPS sites.
The park is a short drive from I-82 (Exit 109) along secondary streets. While it is close to town, accessing services require a drive.
There are 3 types of sites (Regular, Deluxe & Supreme) which offer different parking options & amenities.
The interior roads are paved. The roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV's but the only place to connect toads for back in sites is on the main roads which would interfere with traffic. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and P/T's. The P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides as the landscape vegetation is new.
This park didn't seem to understand the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level parking pad as part of the park was built on a slope & there was some effort made to level or tier the parking pads but some of the pads require blocking to get level.
They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle of the sites. The sewer connection fitting was above ground making it difficult to establish a downhill flow depending on the discharge point. Privacy between the sites depended on the type of site. Orientation of some sites allowed RV's to create shade on passenger side.
The landscape vegetation is new so there is nothing to interfere with satellite reception. The park brochure showed 46 channels but no mention of broadcast channels. Didn't try to get any OTA channels.
The park provided WiFi was weak & password protected. Only saw 1 transceiver on the main building. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell reception.
There were 2 designated fenced pet areas with a grass surface located on either side of the park. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet areas & around the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads. Pet fee of $1.50/pet/day came as a surprise at check in.
There were a couple of areas used for "dry" camping but when those spaces were occupied, users access either electricity and/or water from nearby connections.
Saw adults carrying open containers of alcohol with children in tow walking through occupied sites to reach other sites.
The park flew a drone for recording purposes. At least the park sent out an email notification of the drone flight but it didn't include the time of the flight.
Most of the weekend events charged a minimal fee to attend.
Park warns of high water pressure & recommends pressure regulators.

Appeal Rating Finally! An RV park that is built and maintained by people who CARE. This place is pristine and spacious. I am still amazed. We had to travel to Missoula Mt. and this was almost a half way point for us so we did a single night over and another on the way back. Would love to have had another night. Although I don't think Tri-Cities would be my vacation destination, this park is beyond words. The people are very kind and helpful, the place is absolutely spotless, and the sites are spacious and perfect. It's refreshing to see what can happen when people care about their customers.

Appeal Rating This RV park was designed with the comfort and enjoyment of the traveler in mind. The sites are huge and grassy. The landscaping of the park is beautiful with many trees which are small now but will be big and beautiful in a few years. There are 2 large fenced grassy areas for dogs and one huge grassy area for off leash dog activities. The pool, hot tub and rest rooms are immaculate, as are the laundry and exercise room. Everything is accessible to everyone. There are many camp workers who are always busy and very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days and used the pool and tried disc golf. Our 2 dogs were very happy. We will definitely return here.

Appeal Rating We have stayed here each of the past two years for about six weeks each time. This place is outstanding. Wide (40') and long (70'-110') spots. Big rig friendly. Great owners who live on site, RVer's themselves. All roads paved, paved and good gravel spots. Two grass fenced pet areas, and one very large area that can be used for pets. Some of the best restrooms to be had. Each one a separate room with toilet, sink and large shower. Exercise room, kids rec room, large 'community' room, free movies on weekends, pizza and free bingo with prizes, and on and on and on. We will be back again next spring. Really deserves the 10/10*/10 rating from Good Sam.
