Stayed two nights in June in 35" Class A with toad. Stayed in spot 25. Heavily treed, relatively level, gravel back in. My previous review failed to mention there are very few 50 amp spaces that were all full. Spaces are not assigned, first come - first serve. #25 is a 30 amp. Also keep in mind there is no septic at site. The honeybucket truck will pick up for $75.00 or you can use the free on site dump. Have stayed before and will stay again due to close proximity to Seattle. I would give... Read More

Have never been asked for my driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance card prior to entering a park before. It was fine, just different. Stayed one night in 35' class A with toad. Beautiful forest environment, large, level, back in site, quiet for the most part. Surprising number of full timers. Car alarm at 5:30 am as neighbor leaves for work was unpleasant. The deer wandering around were pleasant. Only stayed one night. Didn't use any facilities. Only 30 minute drive to Seattle.... Read More

Easy check-in and the ranger even let us know which sites were available. Pretty cool! We ended up in spacious and level back-in site #20. There was lots of shade so that was great. The lack of a sewer connection was a massive bummer though. We've stayed in over 100 campgrounds in 2 years of full-time RVing, and Tall Chief is the only one where all of the sites have no sewer connections. An outside contractor handles honeywagon service. They only come by once a week and it's $60.00 to sign... Read More

Site also had poor electrical box wiring in that the 30 amp and 120 volt plugs are on the same circuit. This meant that our breaker kept tripping every time we tried to run 2 air conditioners in 90+ degree heat. Bad job folks! And they need to do some tree trimming! Lots of overhanging branches makes it hard to get into the site. Campground is close to Issaquah and Redmond so there are lots of nearby grocery and shopping options. My AT&T phone had 2 bars of very slow service and my wife's Verizon phone had 1 bar. Our cell phone hotspots were also slow. The free lodge wifi was fantastic. No optional wifi at site available for purchase.

Where do I start. Been traveling for a while in two RVS with my wife , brother and his wife. We are careful when we make reservations but when we made these we asked if they had 50 amp and they said yes. We asked if they had wireless internet and they said yes. When we got here they were booked and could only find one reservation. We produced our confirmation numbers and they finally found it and said, Well I guess we have to give you one of the spots. That was when they informed us that they had... Read More

That was when they informed us that they had 50 amp at about 5 of their 100+ sites and they were taken. The they told us the internet was only available at the clubhouse???? Then told us there was a $4/day "resort fee" essentially for a swimming pool. This brought the daily rate to $58 for a site with no sewer, 30 amp service and no internet, and oh by the way even though you asked for adjoining sites we don't do that just drive around and find a place. The sites still had trash from the last occupants. Overpriced and poorly maintained with staff that was nice but clearly not overly concerned about our concerns. Would not go back.
