We stayed here for a week in January 2018. The park is very nice and well maintained. The roads are kind of narrow and the sites are back in. Over 50% of the sites are full timers with park model trailers. There is a TON of activities in these parks. Both Mission Bell and Trade Winds (we were in Trade Winds) have heated pool and hot tub. There is an exercise room (at Mission Bell only), luandry rooms, billards, library, ect. The staff is very friendly. Laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to... Read More
We stayed here for a week in January 2018. The park is very nice and well maintained. The roads are kind of narrow and the sites are back in. Over 50% of the sites are full timers with park model trailers. There is a TON of activities in these parks. Both Mission Bell and Trade Winds (we were in Trade Winds) have heated pool and hot tub. There is an exercise room (at Mission Bell only), luandry rooms, billards, library, ect. The staff is very friendly. Laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. There is a Walmart Neighborhood market within a half mile, and shopping, restaurants, movies, etc ...are all withinin a few minutes away. We loved our week here and would not hesitate to come back again.
