We stopped here overnight as a break from I-10 before continuing east. KOA hires and trains their staff very well. This park was no exception as the check in was friendly, informative and efficient as was the escort to our site. Our pull thru site was easy to enter and leave and the hook ups were well placed and working. The park, in general, could use some landscaping and the weeds/and or grass cut and trimmed. We stopped here overnight as a break from I-10 before continuing east. KOA hires and trains their staff very well. This park was no exception as the check in was friendly, informative and efficient as was the escort to our site. Our pull thru site was easy to enter and leave and the hook ups were well placed and working. The park, in general, could use some landscaping and the weeds/and or grass cut and trimmed. The park was about 2 miles from the town, which we have been to many times. It is worth your time to visit the town. The park had a sizable store with many items, but about a 1/3 of the goods were wines/beers, etc. The best commodity they offer is gas. You can fill up your tank and be on your way. Prices were not out of line with the pumps on I-10.
