This is a wonderful little park tucked away in a quaint little Texas town. We have a little 21ft bumper pull in a drive thru spot. The RV park is attached to the public park, there is a public swimming pool, basketball court, playgrounds (X3) soccer fields, walking/jogging trail, hiking/scenic trail, river access, and fishing. We stayed during their fourth of July celebration and experienced their chilli cook-off in the town square (with live band/dancing), the fouth of July parade near the square and the big celebration in the park with live music (Rick Trevino) and fireworks at night. All accessible from the RV park. My girls have enjoyed the stay a lot and it seems we've done so much in a short time. The park is SUPER clean, I didn't need to go into the shower house/bathrooms but if the park is any indication of the cleanliness then I think you'll be okay. There are many trees/shade and picnic tables. There are tent sites as well. Our site was right next to the park but the noise level was very low... other than when the live band was playing for the celebration. The park ranger was fabulous and very helpful, was always driving through the park and we always felt very safe. They close the gates to the public park at dusk. San Antonio is only a 30min drive, a Walmart is only a 20min drive and the beautiful Texas hill country only about 45min drive. We did not bring any pets but there were plenty of people there with pets.
