My family and I have camped at this KOA every November for the past 13 years. We have always found the staff courteous, the facilities clean, and the location very convenient. The spots are a little close, but that is to be expected in a tourist location. Navigation in/out of the spots is not bad even for a large class A motorhome. It is located next to a park which is very nice. It is loaded with amenities. I would highly recommend it.
We stayed here for four days. Although it was crowded it wasn't too bad. Check in was ok but we weren't taken to our site like usual at a KOA. We had to find it on our own (not a big deal). Roads are small and a bit difficult to maneuver. We didn't see much of the staff except in the office. It's a good place if all you are doing is Dollywood because of how close it is. If not, find another place.
Amazing staff, gorgeous park, loads of things to do. What more could you ask for? Very organized, clean and tons of things for the kids to do at the park. Even in the dead of winter. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and very kind. Can't wait to visit again!
This is a good campground about which I have serious concerns. The restrooms are very outdated. The toilet stalls are so confining you have to straddle the toilet to open the door. And the dump station had human feces and toilet paper exposed on its surface. Otherwise it is a nice camp.
This is the worst KOA that we have ever stayed at and we always go to a KOA when available. This park is a joke and should not be called a quality KOA Park, they charge for pull-thru sites when the truth is you have to drive through another site to get into yours or back in and the sites are dangerously close. The women at the office were rude and acts like the sun revolves around them and the so-called helpers won't help anyone, they ride through the park on a golf cart and point to your site and... I would not stay here again if it were FREE.

Great pool and the staff was great. Stayed a while to explore the area which is full of attractions.
Very convenient to downtown attractions. Walking distance to Old Mill district. Park was very clean, staff was very friendly. Sites are very close together, however, the friendliness of those we met made that bearable.
