The sites and hookups are nice, but bathrooms, wifi and highway noise are a problem. The washing machines are in the bathrooms. Men were entering the women's bathroom to do laundry while my wife was showering. There is no way to lock the door or ensure privacy. The wifi was very unreliable. The park is right next to a highway and it is a hill which seems to increase the noise from large trucks going up or down the hill.
We stayed a week to do some sightseeing in the area. Lots of places to go to including many Wineries nearby. The grounds were very well kept up and sites clean, pads were crushed rock. Restrooms clean with showers and washing machines in both Mens and Womans. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The groundkeeper noticed a leak from my water hookup, informed us, then disconnected it and got a washer and fixed it, wouldn't accept a tip. I will be coming back.
This RV park is good for a relaxing time. Quiet, not many kids as there is no pool. It's walking distance to one of the best wineries/restaurants on the east coast, Folino Estate.
This is a very nice and conveniently situated close to Allen Town, it is also very clean. Some slight notice from the highway, but that is the price for convenience. We will definitely stay here again should we journey that way.

Not many sites occupied when I got there, but was nearly full the next morning. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Only 4 miles from I78. Roads were in good condition and sites and...
