Quaint, older well maintained park situated right on the adjacent river. Wide level gravel sites. 6 hole par 3 golf course on grounds is fun for all, some even challenging holes make it an interesting venue. Wifi and services acceptable. Staff friendly. Big rig maneuverability is good.

We had SO much fun. Between golfing and horseshoes and pool and fishing and a tour of Scottish Highlander Ranch it was the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. Gorgeous facilities and gracious hosts!

This is a quirky little RV park that we really enjoyed. We drive a 42 ft motorhome with a car in tow. We had enough room to maneuver through the park, in and out of our site. The site was well-maintained gravel and level enough. Great shade trees and some grass at each site with a small picnic table. We had enough room for our grill and chairs too. Only had 30 amp service and preferred 50 but still able to judiciously use our AC. Some train and interstate noise but minimal. Lots of seasonal/long... Read More

We did not play the golf course as it was more like a natural setting minigolf and not well marked. You can walk down to the river but it's a fairly steep grade. Some of the facilities were clearly home-grown - ponds, irrigation, etc, but hook-ups were good and even wifi was adequate. It's a beautiful area with interesting things to do in Roseburg and Myrtle Creek (golf, outdoor concerts, pretty drives, nice restaurants). This is not a class A resort but we liked it and would stay here again.

We stayed at the park a few weeks ago (in June) and had a wonderful time. The owner asked us if we would like to see his Scottish Highlander cows and took us on a tour of the property on his 4 wheeler (he even let our dog come)! It was a great time and he went the extra mile to see that we had everything that we needed. If we are ever back that way, we'll be sure to stop there again! Thanks!
