Very close to the interstate and the on/off ramp and right next to a very busy gas station/store. Sleeping was difficult. Sites were very close. Roads need some TLC. No WiFi at site. Cable connection poor. Poor security. Dog park was across the street at the gas station/store.70-80% long term residents. The whole park really needs some TLC. My wife and I would never stay there again, not even for one night.
Seemed like most RV's here were long term stay, WiFi is only available in the office and the office smelled funny. The laundry was big but lots of people were sitting just outside the office smoking. Not a large (width) pull through space and the people next to us smoked outside in their camp. Freeway noise was loud. Park looked old and run down, restrooms were ok but smelled musty.
Access to the park is very easy from I-5. Our site was a back in and was asphalt, as were the interior roads. Site was not quite level, but didn't take much adjustment. Site was ample for our 36 ft. MH and had plenty of room for slides, but not much room left to park towed vehicle. It was probably unfortunate the we arrived on a record setting heat day and only having 30 amp at the site, it was difficult to get cooled down. I do object to advertising free hi-speed wifi when it is only available... Read More

Horrible experiance!!! Extremely RUDE staff!!! Bathrooms closed for cleaning at 8am for an hour!!! (Isn't this the time most people need them to shower etc.???) Suprising it takes so long because the bathrooms are nasty dirty!! Would give a minus 10 rating if this site allowed me to! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!
I'm a full timer and just moved to this park. Such an easy experience from start to end. Park is laid out nicely, very clean and easy access to freeway. Free cable tv channel selections is more than any other park I've lived in or looked at, Laundry room is amazingly clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful - as well as my neighbors offered assistance when getting setup and settled in.
This is a very nice camp ground. It is very clean and organized. The one really big problem and I mean really big problem is road noise. It sits right and I mean right next to I5. The noise is beyond description, you cannot sit outside your camper. Do not stay here. I have never written a review before. We are leaving an I don't care if we get ant money back.
Both the bins for the regular trash and the recycable trash were spilling over, so there was trash on the ground. The overall appearance read "junky" because all the what appeared to be long termers had all sorts of junk around their sites, not all of them but the obviouss full timers. It was a "junky" site. And the wi-fi didn't work. I think that if you are select8ng a site based on whether it has wifi or not that it should be working. Overall unpleasant experience
