The pull through sites at this campground are really tight. The map of the park exaggerates the amount of space for the entire park. Walking paths look like roads. Very tight turns needed to get into the sites and it is easy to block in another site. We needed to make sharper than a 90 degree turn to get into our site. The hook-ups are in horrible locations, stretching 2 hoses as far as they can go. If we had parked closer to the hook-ups we would have blocked the RV in the diagonal site next to... Read More

Sites are not level. The dog walk is outside the park border. Poison ivy everywhere.

While we have stayed at worse campgrounds, I cannot recommend this one. The advertised bus tours to NYC are virtually nonexistent, because they almost never have the minimum number of people. This was the primary reason we stayed here. Also, the grounds are not that well kept (they could mow once in awhile), and our wi-fi was non-existent. If you are just staying a night and moving on, OK. But it is a long way from anywhere, and there is nothing to do locally if they don't have the bus operating. Read More

This was my second visit to this place and it is a very nice park with lots of trees and shade. we will likely stay here again on our trave through.
We really liked the facility. The camp sites were very nice. Nice and big with lots of trees, pond and nice store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to the train station which takes you to NYC Grand Central Station. Nice alternative to staying in NYC.
