Pool: Outstanding. Staff: Outstanding. Location: Excellent for tourist venues. BAD: noise (I-25 & Fort Carson shooting range across the Hiway. ) Campers had no respect for other guests. Kids, dogs and LOUD vehicles were very discourteous. No parental supervision apparent. Definitely the Walmart crowd of camping. Not a pleasant stay, but no fault of the campground.

Good people owning and running the place. Easy to get into pull throughs with decent space between sites. Nice pool, laundry (takes quarters but not credit card) and a camp souvenir store. Significant lack of WiFi connection. Inside the building in their lounge area signal was adequate. In the RV or on the patio adjacent to our site, signal was non-existent. Dog park nice and well kept, with two shade trees to break up the intense sun (it is June, after all). Grass doesn't exist here so... Read More

Dog park has wood chips instead which was a welcome relief to our dogs paws. Train noise all hours (if that bothers you) and airplane noise also from local air force base. Of course, it was the week for their night flying training. But not a problem for us since we LOVE the sound of freedom overhead!
