Getting to Fla-Net Campground was very simple, great location, Went to the shops that were basically across the street. However, when I arrived there was not any signs leading to where we check in. Mind you having the chaos of excited kids and dogs did not help which is not the campgrounds fault. When I pulled in the first thing you see is the overgrown algae pond, and the extremely deep water run offs in the roadways. The section I was placed in did not allow for a bonfire. When I pulled in the first thing you see is the overgrown algae pond, and the extremely deep water run offs in the roadways. The section I was placed in did not allow for a bonfire. I felt bad for the kids because they packed the firewood nor was I given the option to have a site to have a bonfire. Not each site had a picnic table, I requested one but was not given one. The site I was placed in looked like it was next to a long term site, it looked pretty trashy. The site was extremely small I have a 34ft trailer with slide-outs that had a couple inches from the site divider and with the awning out it covered a couple inches above the other campers slide-out and a 24ft truck with limited space to park so it stuck out in the road, the gravel could have been more level to be more accommodating. The pool was closed! Also the playground was very old and rickety. Overall the amenities that are offered are not available or working. The front desk clerk was very nice. For the price and mislead on activities inside the campground. I do not think I will be spending my money there in the future unless I could get the desired site with a table, fire ring, space and maybe go mid fall or early spring The scenery was great except for the bright green pond.

The pictures are from a long time ago when they cared about this place. The long term contractors that stay here are disgusting and disrespectful. The owners care more about the money they make instead of investing in their business and the contractors speed & trash the park up!! The pool is old and been closed for a while plus the bathrooms are nasty. We drove around to find a spot and definitely didn't pick by where the sewer is running out of the ground into drain.

this should never be classified as a campground. Its a contractor park. it was good for a stay for convenience for my daughters had a event up in the area but there is no pool, (please update your site) and the bathrooms are old and there is no rec room or even a store. please good sam, take this off your list, a 7 is even to high of a rating. its an embarrassment.

Cost was ridiculous, $60 with no cable and poor wifi, AND THEY ONLY GIVE GOOD SAMS DISCOUNT FOR 3 NIGHTS OR MORE, Not a good spot except for an emergency. Called 4 times and left messages and never got a call back. Pulled in because it was getting late afternoon. Office was in chaos sent us to a spot that was already filled, but then a worker found a spot. BATHROOMS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Roads in the park were rutted in a number of spots. My biggest issue was they do not honor a Good Sam discount unless you stay a minimum of 3 consecutive nights in a row. That's a big turnoff right there when looking for a "Good Sam affiliated" campground. Also, cable is set up at the full hook-up sites but not included in full-hook up prices, you have to call a separate service and pay extra for that. Gravel roads throughout could use some TLC, especially the giant pot holes. Do not follow the Google maps directions to enter the park as it brings... Read More

Do not follow the Google maps directions to enter the park as it brings you in the tiny back way entrance that's only fitting for small RV's and 5th wheels. Not much to do in the RV park itself, plenty of shopping and eating right outside/nearby for a suitable one night stop on your way somewhere. Overpriced for what it is unfortunately. Think Good Sam needs to update its evaluation of 7/10.

Well, to begin with, the information given in the Good Sam description is either wrong or is very outdated. There is absolutely nothing to do at this so-called campground except walk around the pot-holed gravel roads and gaze upon the "once" spring-fed ponds which are now literally smelly mud pits teaming with vermin. There is an 18" deep "completely dry" pool that looks like an above ground cinder block child's play pool. I really don't think there is much of an actual camping business going... Read More

I really don't think there is much of an actual camping business going on, but rather seems to be a place where people who are either working in the area or maybe down on there luck are living year round by the looks of many of the dilapidated campers. Yes. The park is actually full, but not by campers. By year-round residents living in travel rv's. There was no wi-fi network in our area and no camp map was given to us explaining campground rules, activities, etc.. upon check-in. As a matter of fact, the only way I found out there was a game room was because I went for a walk around and found it, complete with an ancient pool table, foosball game and a TV. There is no camp store, and I wouldn't go near the so-called pond. It's actually a grayish brown, covered in layers of algae and scum... and it smells. This place has seen better days, and it's obvious the owner is a hands-off slum lord as not once have any of the Good Sam reviews received a reply by the owners or managers. It's a real shame. It's one of only 2 or 3 camping spots in the metropolitan New Jersey area and "could" be very nice if some major renovations were made. I guess they're basically stuck with what they've allowed to happen - turning a once nice campground into a "tent city" so-to-speak. Sorry, but for $60 a night I need to be honest!

We came back very disappointed in bathroom and shower area...Club house rec room same. Just plane dirty! Shower has not been cleaned since we were here last year. Very sad! We just want clean bathrooms. Our camp site is fine level needs more gravel but ok! Easy in and out!

friendly staff but the whole office structure and so called rec room and especially the bathroom and showers need to be destroyed and redone. they are from 1950. no real swimming pool.. 18" of water is not a pool. thats a kiddie pool. nothing to do at the campground. and no real camp store. place was pretty full but it looks like mostly monthly or seasonal. also fix the roads. maybe get some vending machines.

It's an OK park to stay overnight , safe and quiet , but run down . Not a park I would want to spend any time in. We had no problems getting in and out with car behind.

Pictures on their website are deceiving. In reality this campground has not been kept up. Place is hard to get into from the back road Ledgerwood, but there is another entrance of off International Drive South but you have to thread your way around to get to the office. The gravel roads are in terrible shape. I didn't see many big rigs but the few pull-thru lots were in another section. The only dump station was hard to get into even for my 25 foot class C. Full hookup would have cost more.... Read More

We were near a pond and creek that were covered in green scum (there are ways to deal with that). A lot of full-time year round residents, here. Wi-fi was okay. On the positive side, there was great shopping and restaurants nearby. I-80 was close but we didn't hear noise from it, mostly traffic from International Drive in the morning. Only reason I booked here was Good Sam discount and it was 15 minutes from Randolph where we visited relatives. I will probably not ever stay here again.
