Just across the highway from the lake, this large campground is great for groups travelling together. Level, grass sites allow you to park however you like. Electric only sites throughout the campground, but spigots are scattered throughout for filling up jerry cans. During the summer months, the campground has a lunchtime restaurant that offers sandwiches, hot dogs, smoothies, etc. and I've never stayed at a campground that was so generous with the size of their firewood bundles for sale ($5... During the summer months, the campground has a lunchtime restaurant that offers sandwiches, hot dogs, smoothies, etc. and I've never stayed at a campground that was so generous with the size of their firewood bundles for sale ($5 for at least 25-30lbs of wood!)
