Not a good experience. We are in a 38' Class A, and we're assigned site 17. The "guide' took us to our site. He had the people in the next site move their car so we could pull through and back in. Then he directed my husband pull through an area where there was a dead tree with the branches cut off, but still with the trunk and large limbs present. The top of our RV got caught under a protruding branch, scraping the top edge of the coach. The guide shared this was his first week and he didn't... Read More

He got his manager to come look at our coach and the site. The manager said he would have parked us differently, and they are not responsible for the damage. We asked for a different site, and the approach was better. Still very tight. Not a great way to start the visit and very disappointed in the management. Leaving early and likely won't be back or recommend this park to others.

This is our 3rd year of staying here. The great things about it are their friendly staff, quiet at night and on the greenbelt for walking or biking. There is a plot of grass just outside your space with a picnic table on concrete. Had it's own parking space across the grass which was nice. I would stay here again.

I wanted to like this park, the location is ideal, right on the greenway and we travel with bikes! However they sold us a water/electric site for one night as we were traveling through and as we got in after hours there was no office staff to voice complaints to when the site they gave us was not a site. It was the end of a very unlevel drainage berm that requires us to keep hitched to the truck at night to remain level despite using all of our leveling blocks and chocks. There was an extension... There was an extension cord for our "power hookup" and no water at all. A man in a golf cart who showed us to our site was very rude and condescending blaming the bad spot on the fact "you should have booked earlier." The two women I spoke to on the phone were very nice and polite however dishonest with the site they sold us. We were very disappointed in this park and did not get what was promised nor what we payed for. There were 4 women's showers for 150 sites, one was completely out of order and another had no lights (so 2.75 showers basically.) The bathroom was busy and was a line 7 deep for showers at 1030 at night. By the time I did shower (11:40) the water was hot and the toilets were cleaner than pit toilets (why they get 2 stars and not 1.). I would choose another park or get there during business hours and not pay ahead of schedule. Will not be back and I advise others to look elsewhere. The park needs more facilities to accommodate its size and to stop renting plots of land that are not actual RV spots.

While the park does have a large number of long term residents due to a housing shortage, none of them posed any problems and were overall good people, the park however has some other issues, spaces cold benefit greatly from grading (not close to level), surrounding landscaping is in dire need of help, restrooms are somewhat in a state of disrepair, Wifi was slower than Dialup, the park rules are a bit absurd, to explain that part I had a relative visit during my stay, they did not notice the 5mph... I will not be back again.

While this could be a very nice park, we found it lacking in several areas. I found it very misleading when it was stated that wifi was available all over the park. Should have known better when they said it did not require a password. We could only get wifi while at the office or sitting outside of it. The wifi provider name NEVER showed at our site, ever. The office explaination was that people were streaming Netflex.....no that wouldn't cause this problem. The owners of this park would get much... Read More

The office explaination was that people were streaming Netflex.....no that wouldn't cause this problem. The owners of this park would get much better reviews if they would only add cable tv and a private wifi provider....bundle it like we do it home. Also there were way too many permanent residents in beat up rv's. Fortunately we were given a outside perimeter space, near the green belt and did not have to look at too many of these, just the ones on each side of us. The greenbelt was very nice, even though partially flooded from the Boise river. Very nice area to walk, that is why it is so unfortunate to have to give this park a low rating. The laundry and restrooms were immaculate. Staff in office fairly friendly. Gravel sites and roads, with concrete pad next to space. We would not stay here again.

Conveniently located on greenbelt, but staff leaves much to be desired. Refused to honor rate given at time of reservation and still published on Web site. When I complained the manager shrugged and indicated it wasn't her job. Facilities are adequate, but not special.

This was a tough review to write. I wanted to give it 3 1/2 stars. The absolute best thing was it's proximity to the greenbelt and walking and biking trail. Excellent. Also there is no road noise so that's a plus and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not use restrooms or showers. The spaces were wide enough but not long enough to stay hooked up. However you have a nice big space to park your vehicle right next to you and a small but nice grassy area for your chairs. Oh, by the way,... Read More

Apparently someone usually escorts you to your site but they were gone by our check in time. There is no cable but WiFi worked well enough. There are many full timers here. It wasn't the best place but you could do so much worse. I would stay here again.
