Have stayed there many times...within 10 minutes of Moffitt Cancer Center which was why we were there. Good Tampa location not in the middle of the crowds. Facility clean, very shady and cool, people very nice, getting ready to head over there again. Grocery store down the street...full hookups - everything we needed.

I wouldn't consider this a campground. It was mostly a permanent resident park. People we met were friendly. Park was quiet at night. We were placed in a small 'site' that was the driveway of one of the permanent 'compounds'. Had to ask the neighbor if it was actually a site. He said he thought so then moved his car from the spot. We were right on the road, no pad or picnic table, and were informed by the neighbor that it was the drainage spot for road run-off during rain storms. Not great in Florida... Read More

We were placed in a small 'site' that was the driveway of one of the permanent 'compounds'. Had to ask the neighbor if it was actually a site. He said he thought so then moved his car from the spot. We were right on the road, no pad or picnic table, and were informed by the neighbor that it was the drainage spot for road run-off during rain storms. Not great in Florida during the summer. Hook-ups were normal, as expected...but no cover on the sewer pipe. Many trailers were run down and were cluttered with all sorts of stuff.
Bathrooms got 5-stars because they were kept locked so we assumed they were kept clean (we never used them). We didn't use the laundry either but it was clean.
Office closes at 2pm on Saturday and is closed on Sunday. Appeared to be self-service garbage with no re-cycling. Roadways were tight...glad I wasn't pulling anything large.
Pool looked nice and the playground was nice and clean. Lots of ducks roaming around...kind of humorous.
Location is great for Tampa area attractions.
