We stayed for 2 weeks in January 2017. We will be returning for 3 weeks in January 2018. I saw the single review and had to speak out. We are young seniors: he 68, she 59. We stayed in a pop up in 2017 and have a 17' hybrid travel trailer for 2018. We were very happy that they were willing to take a pop-up some RV resorts won't. Because of our small size, we did get a small lot and that seems only fair. The grounds and facilities were great. The bathrooms and laundry were immaculately clean.... Read More

Because of our small size, we did get a small lot and that seems only fair. The grounds and facilities were great. The bathrooms and laundry were immaculately clean. They would have earned 5 stars in all categories if the bathrooms had more of a decor feel - they were clean but utilitarian. Most of the workers and most of the residents were cheerful and friendly. The few that weren't were just perfect for making old grumps feel at home. The activities were a hoot. We enjoyed the clean pool everyday and although it was snowbird season it was never over crowded. Their workout room is as nice as any apartment or condo workout room and again was exceptionally clean. Yes, some permanent trailers are old and yes, some residents are old, but both were pleasant and well kept. I'm counting the days until we can be there in 2018!

The roads are very narrow, not a good park to get into with a larger rig. Parking is on both sides of the street. Retirement community. Five miles away from any facilities.
