Appeal Rating There was only self-check-in, even though I called ahead and pre-paid for my reservation. I was charged at least $10 over the Good Sam rate that was posted. There was only one source of lighting, which made the park very dark and feel isolated after sunset. There was no WIFI and when I was assured there was a playground for children, it was actually a small plastic toddler-sized playset that was filthy and unfit for toddlers. I left a few messages for the hosts with questions and the calls were never returned. I was told by the host that my specific reservation information would be available in the self-check-in but it was not there and I was not sure I was even in the right site. I found this through the app, which seems to have really good reviews, so the quality of the site was a disappointment.

Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating Self checkin rate of $35 for Good Sam members, showers are questionable, grass unmowed, lounge has a couple of chairs and a sofa, no tv but has a microwave, laundry facility is 2 washers and 1 dryer, pool looks to be unused for a long time. If I could have gotten my check back from the lockbox I would have left. Thankfully I didn't call ahead or I would have been charged $43 like our neighbors. This is a disgrace for a Good Sam park!!

Pros: Campground right off I-10, great location. Most sites gravel/grassy and level. Not crowded. Dependable electricity 50 amp (outside temps 94 degrees). Laundry had two older washers and one dryer. Excellent over the air TV reception mostly out of Tallahassee. Long pull-thru sites. Great Good Sam rate of $30/nights.
Cons: Grass not mowed, tall. Water pressure at 37 lbs.Unable to detect WiFi. Good Sam listing states "20 sites with WiFi." Perhaps we were not one of those 20.
