Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating My family decided to head to Florida for Christmas so we booked a stay here, in total we had 3 rvs so we booked in advance. However upon arrival the office was closed, and our spots had permanent old trailers occupying them. We ended up waiting at the entrance to the park over an hour trying to figure out what to do until the manager came out of his trailer (extremely drunk I might add). He did end up finding us 3 other spots (next to a couple trailers that had burned down, literally) at this point it was late enough to not have any other options on where to spend the night but for safety reasons we were half and half on leaving and going to a wal mart. We had seen enough not to feel safe, and after getting settled in for the night we caught kids trying to steal things out of our vehicles, twice. Needless to say I've only mentioned the highlights of this stop, the rest of the story goes down hill from here.. All this to say Don't stay here, seriously just don't!

This experience is inconsistent with how we operate our business and we have been taking the necessary steps to improve our community. Please be advised, the employee of concern is no longer with the community and our current Community Manager has been working very diligently to bring the park up to company standards. Overall Rating Facility Rating Restroom Rating Appeal Rating This is NOT a resort!!!! Do not under any circumstances book This rv park. The Park is almost exclusively long term residence, living in filth and trash. Thank goodness we only booked one night. We had a back-in and had to clear the site of trash before we could back in. The sewer was uphill which we avoided hooking up, no cable and WiFi was not available unless you went to the office area. We did not feel safe in this park. Lots of loose cats and children running on the paved streets. This park should be bulldozed down and start again. I repeat DO NOT, DO NOT STAY AT THIS RV RESORT!!!!!!l It is NOT a resort, anything but. A trashy RV campground.
