Stayed here for 3 months while on a work contract. Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners and staff, beautiful location, reasonable rates, large stocked fishing lake, abuts Deep River for additional fishing, two swimming pools (not open while there due to season). Cons: Some very unlevel sites (park is on hillside) requiring almost extreme measures to level unit, washouts and exposed tree roots abound on park roads. Wifi almost non-existent unless you go to office, but local provider does short-term... Read More

Small campground with significant amount of long term customers. Campground roads a little rough. Very uneven dirt pads. Swimming pool and picnic pavilion. Fishing lake. Outdoor gazebo. Friendly management. Excellent NC Zoo nearby.
