Friendly staff and nice facilities but the WIFI is really bad. Sometimes I couldn't even get online. The septic hookup was sloppy and not sealed. You would think that for the price they charge they would have better facilities.

Stayed in a site next to the water. The site was gravel but level. Restrooms were very clean, TV and Wifi work great. I would stay again.

The only good sites in this park are on the water. Our site was not and was so small that we could hear the cupboards closing in our neighbor's trailer. The "grass" between the sites was dead and there was only about 3 feet of space to put out chairs. It was nice to be near the bay but there was an oil refinery on the other side. Not a great view. I had very high expectations for this park and was disappointed.

Another great property. We had a waterfront site for the 4th of July firework show on the Bay - can't beat that! This park quality is seen at every point from the reservation through checkin through the level sites with nice features (like cabana sites or water view sites). The exercise room and club house and laundry and bathrooms were very nice. One of the staff members was passing out glow sticks and hats for the 4th of July - glow sticks helped kids be visible through the festivities - not... Read More

We enjoyed seeing otters and seals/sea lions?, eagles and herons, clams on the beach, etc There is a very nice walking and biking trail that goes out over the water one way and back into Anacortes the other way. Very nice place and we would enjoy staying here again.

This is our second time here in a 42 foot class A motorcoach towing a small car. This park is clean, orderly, well-cared for. You are right on the water of Fidalgo Bay - you can see tankers, fishing boats and pleasure craft. It is located on a paved bike trail, 2.1 miles into Anacortes - nice seaside town with interesting shops and restaurants and great farmers market. Down side is the size of the sites. Ours was 62 feet - adequate length for a pull-through - but so close side to side that we were... Read More

It is located on a paved bike trail, 2.1 miles into Anacortes - nice seaside town with interesting shops and restaurants and great farmers market. Down side is the size of the sites. Ours was 62 feet - adequate length for a pull-through - but so close side to side that we were within a couple of inches of taking out our neighbor's awning to maneuver into the site. We had to struggle with our position on the site so we could deploy our slides and not hit those same awnings. When we originally drove to our assigned site, it was still occupied. Park staff handled this well and were able to accommodate us in another site. It seems in really well-run parks, staff come around and check on site availability at check-out time to avoid this kind of trouble

If you like on the ocean, this is a good campground. Nice gravel pads, little road noise. No accepts Good Sam, but does offer veteran discount. Centrally located for Fidalgo Island and whale tours. Bathrooms are individual rooms which is nice. Would stay here again.

Just a great place to stay. we have a boat in La Conner and rotate between here and the RV park by the boat, and we have never been disappointed. Yes it is more expensive to stay in the spots overlooking the straits, but what premium places are not! The grounds are kept clean, and the staff is above and beyond what we have experienced at other places. it is worth every cent that it cost's to stay here and look forward to next months return.

We were right on the water. It was beautiful and could watch the seals playing and the fisherman fishing. A beautiful walk to the town along a wide paved path. About 10 minutes from the San Juan ferry. Nice wide spaces staff very accommodating.

Clean and quite facility with wonderful view of the bay. Close to Anacortes, La Conner and ferry to the San Juan Islands. Great walking and biking trail.

Very nice park if you in the water side . The other 1/2 if a gravel area. Close to a very nice paved trail. Expensive if staying on the water.

Pros: Beautiful setting, nice biking trails, close to town. Cons: Don't expect the wifi to work very well.
