You should know about two items of concern. 1. Train tracks border the west side of the property. Freight trains come through several times per night. Since there is also a crossing the trains come tearing through blasting their horn the entire way. The violence of the passage literally rocks your RV and makes your ears ring. We stayed two nights and had six trains per night. 2. Management says that you may not have a clothesline but you may allow your RV to become so filthy that is is completely... Read More

Office folks are nice. Be warned

After pulling into our site we discovered that the sewer hookup was broken. Also, the electrical connection was hidden under a bush and difficult to reach and the cement pad was all broken. We had already paid for our site so we asked for a different site. The one they gave us wasn't much better. Then we decided to look at the shower facilities. This was also a disaster. It appeared that this park was mostly seasonal people and not accommodating for short term or overnight RVers. I not recommend... Read More

The Good Sam rating is extremely gracious, not worthy to belong to the Good Sam system. However, the lady at the front desk was very polite and kind when refunding our registration fees.

Very nice lady in the office. Quite helpful with the park and local knowledge. Park is more of a year round trailer park than an RV resort. Most of the units are permanent. We were there shortly after the hurricanes so the park was a bit disheveled. The pool looked quite nice and clean. Have to buy a card to do laundry from a vending machine in the club house. A bit of a pain but it did work if you hold the card in front of the reader. Do not "swipe" the card in front of the reader. Hold... Read More

Good location close to 95 and just over the bridge from the ocean. The park itself has little to no appeal but if you need a place to stop for a day or two it would be OK.

They call this a resort and tack on $4 per day once you get there for resort fees - added it AFTER we paid in full online. I saw a pool so I guess this is a 'resort'. Mostly full time mobile homes and campers. We had full timers on both sides of us. If you want to use Wi-Fi at this 'resort', I was informed you had to go to the laundry room/bath house to use it - that was comfortable! OMG - and the trains running day & night. I would not stay again.

We are looking to relocate to Florida and choose this RV park as a base for a mid-week stay. There are many full-time campers, as well as many snowbirds staying up to 8 months of the year. Campground wifi was not as convenient as expected. There are only hotspots rather than campground wide access. I was not able to connect in the clubhouse so had to sit outside the laundry room where there was another accessible hotspot. The sites are assigned rather than picked. We have full-timers on both sides of our site but the worst part is the train. Our site is very close to the train tracks and the train runs during the night - 11 p.m, 12:30 p.m., and 3 a.m. Because of the train, I would not stay again.

Large dog attacked my small dog and knocked my husband down. Bathrooms are disgusting. Picnic table not on our site. Lack of staff and amenities.
