We stayed 1 night while traveling through the area. The park is about a 1.5 mile drive from I-5 (Exit 748: North Weed BL) along rural 2 lane road that could use some attention. Reserved site C6 a couple of months in advance of the stay. Upon arrival had been assigned site C7 but were advised that site was occupied so told to select an empty site. Selected B5 as it appeared to have better satellite access of the vacant sites. The interior roads are unpaved. The interior roads and turns are... Read More

Selected B5 as it appeared to have better satellite access of the vacant sites. The interior roads are unpaved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s for an experienced driver. The majority of the sites appear to be pull throughs with a few back ins. The parking pads are dirt. The P/T sites were long enough to stay connected. The sites were generally level and flat. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. Some of the sites (back ins) appear to be extended stay sites. The sites & roads were not clearly defined. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The sewer connection was at ground level so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. The was an outside table. There was a community fire pit. Pretty quiet considering the distance to the Interstate highway. There is a wall of trees to the South making it near impossible to obtain satellite reception. Could not get all of the satellites through a narrow gap in the tree canopy so DISH programming was limited. Had to place the portable dish on the roof of the RV in order to get past the motor home in the next site. While the park’s website claimed that amenities include “cable TV”, it does not. The park brochure makes no mention of cable or OTA channels. Was only able to get 8 OTA which included 2 major networks (CBS & ABC). Picture quality wasn’t very good. Didn’t try the park provided password protected WiFi or the NET10 phone so can’t comment on either of those. There was one designated fenced pet area. Didn’t use it. There were a few bag dispensers / waste collection stations around the park. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads. Would not stay here in the future.

This is a wonderful little gem! Very small & quaint surrounded by the great outdoors and definitely off the beaten path if you want quiet from the hustle & bustle of bigger RV parks. Especially for Sr's The owners are wonderful & cheery & aim to please) Pull thru spaces w/Dirt Gravel spaces so you'll need your own outdoor carpets. Exactly what we wanted!

Access via frontage road. When you arrive Trees make you feel like you are in a very secluded area. Freeway noise can be heard. Gravel but flat and easy hook-ups. Had cable and t-mobile reception. The RV sites have been renumbered so finding the spot was confusing. Friendly and helpful staff. Park seemed dated, but was comfortable for our passing thru stay.

Found this little jewel with a search. Not too quiet as it is right next to I-5. The road the park is on is a sort of frontage road, windy and and lots of trees. Nice manager. He got us parked with n problems. All dirt roads and pads, 50 amps with water. 50-50 long term people vs campers. We were there just overnight. My satellite worked with all the trees. Clean park

Our stay at Trailer Lane RV Park was a pleasant surprise. If we stay at a park rated "7" we don't expect to enjoy the park very much. Trailer RV Park was an exception. The park has towering trees. This provided homes to many singing birds. One of the things that we miss from our tent camping days is the feeling one gets when you are surrounded by "nature"...no concrete, no fancy facilities...just nature. We had that feeling here. They even told me the number of laps around the park equaled one mile when they saw me "hoofing" it around the park. We were happy that we found this park in Weed.
