We stayed 2 nights in a Tiffin motorhome. The office staff was very nice. Sites were close together. We did not use facilities. There were a lot of permanent residents. The railroad was close, however did not sound horns at night. Only heard train if I was awake. However, we and others had a problem with power. Voltage dropped very low and could not use a/c or microwave. Thankfully our power watchdog shut down power to our rig so there was no damage. The person that was sent out confirmed... Read More

The person that was sent out confirmed the low voltage, but could not do anything. The electrician had gone home for the day. Since it was very hot out, someone should have called the electrician back in. The Manager did willingly refund 1 nights stay after I asked. I would not stay here again.

The office staff was very nice and helpful. I did not use the restroom, so no comment. I was given a spot in the row parallel to the row against the back fence where all of the permanent park residents were which was very unsightly from my viewpoint. The park was not full and there were other spots that could have accommodated my rig so I don't know why I was given that spot, It was for only one night.....oh well. I definitely would not stay here again.

We found this park to be just adequate and nothing more. Most of the sites are pull-thru but we got a back-in site at the very rear of the park overlooking the canyon. The park is far enough from tracks and roads that train and freeway noise were not a problem. Our site was fairly level but the electric box was extremely loose and cable TV outlet was broken off. There was trash on the ground and our overall impression was that the park was not well maintained. The lady that checked us in was... Read More

The lady that checked us in was nice but when I went back to the office and asked to be moved to a site that didn't smell of their septic system I got another lady. She met my request but wasn't particularly pleasant about it. We'll try another park next time we're passing thru the Reno area.

The pads are below the sewer dump so the drain hose will need to run uphill. Facility, pool and all are clean and quiet as needed when traveling. The shuttle to the Casino did not show after waiting for 30 minutes we walked to the casino.

Camped at the KOA for the first tiem this year for the Reno/Tahoe Mogfest. Site was great, full hookups worked great no issues. Sites were clean and easy to access. If the event is in Reno again next year we'll definately be back.
