We stayed here two nights. Everything about the place was great, including the many young people that work there and escort you to your campsite and deliver firewood in the golf cart. The only reason I gave the "appeal rating" a 4 is because of the location. It is very near a busy interstate, meat packing/rendering plant, and the first night I heard the trains' horns. We would stay here again. We enjoyed playing miniature golf and even bounced a bit on the 2 huge bounce things that are there.... Read More

We would stay here again. We enjoyed playing miniature golf and even bounced a bit on the 2 huge bounce things that are there. There were a number of kids there of course, and they regulate who uses the playground with wrist bands distributed at check-in. They must have a pool, which I did not see, but the kids all had bathing suits on.
The office/store is appealing and all in the office seemed eager to please and answer questions.

Good campground with all that is expected from a KOA facility. Convenient to I-29 from either direction. Dog park available.

Nice campground just north of Sioux City right off I-29. Sioux City about 5 miles down the interstate. Lots of construction on the interstate so a testy drive. Lots of trees in the park, gravel roads and sites that were in good condition. Nice amount of space between sites. Bathrooms were very clean and good showers. Very nice pool. Heavy rain the second night that we were there and the sites did not drain very well so there were a lot of puddles when we were breaking camp. They had a bar set up... Read More
