DISCLAIMER: Did not get to camp here. Reserved site #159 months in advance and it was supposed to fit 35' class A. I drove to the site in the toad a couple of days in advance and determined the site was as advertised, but too small. It would never have fit. Clean, level, no hookups, with fire ring. VERY close neighbors. I've never seen so many campers and tents in such a small area. Don't get me wrong, everyone looked to be having a good time, but not for me. Also the road to the campground... This is one of the campgrounds available in the Yosemite Valley area and this is the best way to experience this part of the park. It is located at the foot of Glacier Point and as the name implies there are lots of pine trees in the campground. None of the Yosemite Valley campgrounds have hookups so it's dry camping although potable water and a dump station are available. The site pad is asphalt and includes a fire pit and picnic table. Be aware that you will need to make your reservation 5 months in advance at the very moment when they open reservations once per month. There are flush restrooms on-site and showers are available nearby in Half Dome Village. The bathrooms are adequate but could use a little more attention. We were able to get a weak Verizon 4G signal here. We paid $26 per night.
