Really liked the park and can see that it is well maintained overall. It's large enough for a decent walk or bike ride, but you really can't go on a longer bike ride outside the park unless you're willing to ride where cars and trucks whiz by at 55-65 miles an hour. Our particular campsite was not shaded, so that was a bit disappointing, but many of the sites do have large trees around providing some shade during the day.
The main pool was closed with a sign saying that a new pool would be coming soon, but it didn't look like any work had even started. The newer pool they have at the other end of the park was very nice and well maintained, although it could use more umbrellas for shade.
We were not that impressed with the beach area, which is very small, or the clarity of the lake, which is the only reason we did not provide the highest rating. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Sites are good sized and not on top of one another except for a few cases, easy to get in and out of. 2 different pools are available plus a hot tub, camp store is smaller but has absolute necessities, staff has always...
