We had reservations well in advance with a site number, But when we showed up the site was taken. I called the office number and left a message. No reply. Chose a different site and camped for the night. There was a sign on the bathroom stating no hot water that had been there a long time. Not sure how this is a Good Sam park because it is mostly full time monthly rentals for living in by locals.

We stayed in this park for an overnighter in March 2023. We had booked a few weeks in advance and paid a deposit. We received a confirmation email letting us know which site we'd be in and verifying the services provided. When we arrived at the park at about 4:30 p.m., the office was locked and there was no one there. We checked our confirmation and saw we had booked site 8. But there was a motorhome in site 8. I phoned the contact number on the confirmation and got a voice mail account. I left... Read More

I phoned the contact number on the confirmation and got a voice mail account. I left a message saying we had arrived, there was someone in our site and we didn't know where to go. Days later, I'm still waiting for my call to be returned. We only ended up in a spot when a resident of the park (said he had lived there eight years) came up and said "didn't anyone get in touch with you? No, no one got in touch with us. He told us to park in site 24. On what authority I have no idea. But we did, hoping someone from the office would call back or show up. After all, the literature provided in the park said the office was open until 6 p.m. But no one showed up, no one acknowledged we were in a different site and, as noted, no one ever called back. We left the next morning and the only sign we had ever been there was a charge that came through on my credit card that afternoon for the balance of the stay. Awful customer service. Doesn't matter if the park was quiet, noisy, convenient or any other amenity. If no one can be bothered to show up or even acknowledge we exist and were there (except to charge us)...I'm happy to camp elsewhere and I'd suggest others do as well.
