We were traveling in a motorhome with a tow and the reservation assistant told us there were no pull throughs for our one night stay so we would have to disconnect the car. We agreed and when we arrived, our 40 foot motorhome was backed all the way in and the front was still in the roadway. We noticed several empty pull throughs across the way so we inquired if we could move into one. We were told they save these sites for rally groups but we could move to one since no rally was expected. The site... Read More

Since we were here for one night, we did not use any facilities.

This is not a senior park. Dogs cost $30. OK for short stay. Lots of turnovers of management by corporate headquarters which causes lots of rules changes. Would not recommend winter or long term stay. Activities run by residents, good volleyball sand/water, pickleball programs (run by volunteers). Other activities that cost the park money have been declining. There have been electrical hookup problems so make sure you have a voltage regulator safety device before hooking up. We visited the park... Read More

We visited the park for fifteen years but with all the changes we are looking for new a park as are a lot of our friends. It was great once what a shame now. Think before purchasing anything long term, to many changes that will affect you possibly. More working (not retired) people living there with the high cost of CA living.

Dont forget this place is in the middle of the city lots of noise around traffic vehicles racing, lots of siren's fire truck, Police. The smell of the farm pushing by the win some days is bad...... The tree's over your side are very duty for your rv and vehicle. Lots of good activities lots of good show the people's from everywhere are nice.

We have stayed at GVP as Snowbird s every winter since 2014 and will be back again for many years to come. The facility is 5 star + the staff are eager to accommodate and the Resort is close to all amenities. Activities within the resort are never ending.

Our only comment is there is a issue with bikes being stolen from this park at night so campers need to use caution and keep the bikes locked securely with strong cables and locks.

Park nice, neat, tidy & secure. Friendly folks everywhere. The only thing that really sucked was the Wi-fi.....poor signal and had to pay! No Wi-fi is a deal breaker for us.

The positives: Nice clubhouse; nice pools and hot tubs; lots of activities like pool, table tennis, pickle ball, horseshoes, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive; Price wasn't too bad as it was a special rate for a week and then Passport America for a couple nights; We had ants and they immediately treated for them; We also needed a couple trees trimmed which they took care of. The negatives: The free WiFi is fairly useless. We were visiting friends who had their own internet so we used their hot... Read More

The negatives: The free WiFi is fairly useless. We were visiting friends who had their own internet so we used their hot spot. We barely fit in our site and we were parked half on broken concrete and half off. The roads are a bit narrow for large rigs. Lots of homeless and other interesting folks in the area although we never felt in danger.

Clean, Numerous activities year round. Park has upgraded all pull throughs for coming Snowbird season. New additional dog park. Friendly staff and crew. 3 pools and 3 hot tubs (just upgraded). Winter activities include "Tribute Band" shows every month from September until April. If you can't find something to do here you might be a couch potato.
