This RV park is no resort. Many of the sites are flooded when it rains and people are scrambling to get their things off the ground. It becomes a mud pit. The water is turned off and on during the week with boil water notices (if you get them) which is a hassle. I know that cannot be up to code. Management is rude and shady. They will delete your reservations and not say a thing to you. If you are a thousand trails member you are definitely treated negatively. There is a lot of fleas no seeums... Read More

If you have dogs, prepare for a flea infestation. The low tree limbs will damage the top of your RV. Broke 2 skylights in this park. They have no maintenance on the trees. Beware! If you go to the pool the gnats will run you away from it. They are relentless. Good luck with this place if you so choose. I found a much better park with amazing staff for 625.00 a month. And the bugs are tolerable.

This RV Park was dirty looking, in fact I had to pick up the trash on my sire before I pulled into it, it was also a low spot and the ground was soft, I would not recommend going here, I know I will never be back

I don't know where to start! Keeping in mind that it had been a tough weather winter still did not excuse the situation we found. We were greeted with a sign warning the park was experiencing power issues & so would not be responsible for damage to your property. Even using a serge protector (we always do everywhere) we did not feel comfortable having our RV plugged into their old power post and so only plugged in for short times during the day. The bathrooms/showers were old, poorly maintained and VERY dirty - unusable in our opinion. Did use the laundry although it was not particularly clean, the appliances did function properly and it was very busy but didn't have to wait long. Roads and sites all in need of work. Lots of long term residents (in part due to hurricanes). Didn't use the pool although we saw kids in it. Can't say we would stay here again or recommend it to others although it appeared to have just changed ownership so one would hope things would improve in the future.

Our campsite was right behind the bar. It was very noisy at night. On the site, the small slab was unusable except to park part for the car on it. The slab was all the way to the front of the site. Just off the slab was a big hole. Dog owners are supposed to pick up their dog's excrement. Our site was the "doggie toilet". Dog poop everywhere. They did have a nice pool & nice laundry facilities. I would recommend that you do not stay here!!
