All I can say is OMG! I gave it 2 stars for some of the ratings but they don't really deserve it. I was so disappointed. GoodSam gives this a high rating and for the life of me I do not understand how it got that. This place is awful. First, we were put in a corner where it is never dry. We had to put plywood down to get in and out of our RV without sinking in the mud. We could not sit outside because everything was mud. It was a mess! And NO, there is NOT asphalt/paved areas on every... Read More

We had to put plywood down to get in and out of our RV without sinking in the mud. We could not sit outside because everything was mud. It was a mess! And NO, there is NOT asphalt/paved areas on every site. Ours was just plain mud and we stayed for 5 days because of an ill elderly relative. The address says Niagara Falls but it is actually in North Tonawanda. You can verify that yourself, but who's trying to fool whom?? The campground is 30 spaces in the back of a cheap run down and unkempt motel. It's a good idea, but it's a disaster. We were next to tent sites. Two spaces is a perm person who connected to OUR power pole for power, even tho she was in a tent site (with a trailer). Cars and trucks park everywhere and we had to squeeze our little Sonic in just to get close to our RV. The person in the tent site who needed power had a big honking truck parked in the grass every day across from us, and an SUV she parked in front of her trailer, blocking other sites. Fire rings were full of garbage. Hoses had to be daisy chained to get people water. The person next to us who arrived a few days after us left th a fire burning in his fire ring!! No one rushed to put it out but the 10 year old a few sites down. The owner was out of town so there was no one to complain to. There are 30 sites but 50% of them had multiple dogs and they ALL barked ALL the time. There was no one to tell them to keep their dogs quiet. And at least 40% are permanent people. When we came in, a woman gave us the password to the WIFI and said she was in #11 but there was never anyone in #11. It was always empty!! We stayed because we needed to be close to an elderly relative. The restrooms were filthy and stunk to high heaven. Same with the laundry. And the price is way over the top for what you get. We NEVER got our GoodSam discount. I would never stay here again. And it should be removed from the GoodSam catalog.

The site was covered with mowed grass which obviously hadn't been mowed for a while. The bathroom was filthy, other than the toilet, it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The garbage area was open and close to our site. It was conveniently located but not worth the price at all! Shocked that this is a Good Sam's Campground!

Stayed here 4 nights the last weekend in May. Very Small Park! The back-in first site we were assigned, did not fit our trailer. We would have had to step out on mud every day. We got moved to a nice black topped pull thru. The bathroom was horrible. Glad I didn't need to use the shower. I think they rarely cleaned the restrooms too. The final day we were there someone had gotten sick, probably day before, and missed the toilet. Trashy motel too close for comfort. A lot of police sirens quite... Read More

Outright deception about "full hookup." We had to daisy-chain hoses in the snow to reach a hose bibb 100 feet away. Washrooms were small, run-down, and often out of service.

Large enough for our 44' 5th & truck. 50amp full hookups. Our site we were directed to and had reserved was occupied by someone else so we had to get the owner and wait about 20 minutes for some guys to move some work equipment off of the last remaining spot that would fit us. Its right behind a very cheap motel so the ambiance is not exactly nice. Had a drunk guy stumble out rambling about his wife who just left him, we tried to avoid him seeing us so he didnt want to chat. Heard police sirens... Read More

The campground is very small, but you are very close to Niagara it took about 15 minutes. Is fine for a night or two but I wouldn't feel very safe nor enjoy staying longer. The owner is a very friendly older man. Pricey at $63 per night but it is a high tourist area...

I suppose when you come to a place like Niagara Falls you expect to pay a premium for an RV space. This is located about 17 miles from the falls, so not super close but convenient. Also, convenient to a variety of shopping and restaurants. The campground is fine with asphalt driveways and site pads with some trees. We had a full hookup site with 30 amp electric. The site pads are quite close to each other. There is free WiFi that worked well. Generally, the campground is clean except for... Read More

Generally, the campground is clean except for the bathrooms and the area around the trash dumpster which should be cleaned more often. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. Again, the price of $52 per night was high based upon the campground itself but its location makes the difference. AT&T 4G signal strength was -104 dBm (average).
