Computer/vehicle gps directions not accurate. Entrance is to just off of Interstate if northbound to the right and an immediate left up the hill. Water, sewer and electricity available. Internet is spotty. No bathroom facilities so you must be self contained. Roadway is narrow making it very difficult for larger RV’s to back in. All sites are back in and you are on the side of a hill/mountain. No dog park and finding an area to take your dog to relieve themselves is very difficult. I would not recommend... Read More

I would not recommend this park for any RV’s over 15 feet. The turn in the road from the lower level to the upper level sites is sharp and has a steep grade making it difficult to maneuver. We have a 42’ fifth wheel and it was very difficult to find a site we could get into. We will not be returning to this park.

Do NOT stay at this RV park! This place could be nice, but it needs a lot of work even though it's brand new. I believe they opened on 20 Jun. My wife and I attempted to stay here on 28 Jun and pulled in around 3 pm. There were only two other RV's at the time. I noticed the place looked brand new as we drove in. As I pulled into the park and onto the asphalt drive I noticed how fresh it looked and I also noticed it was not well compacted. I could feel our truck and trailer sort of mush into... Read More

I could feel our truck and trailer sort of mush into it even though the temp was only about 80 degrees. The gravel pads also looked new. We drive an F350, Crew cab, SRW with an 8ft bed and pull a 37 ft 5th wheel. The pad was difficult to back into because of a drainage ditch in front. I could feel the front tire causing the soft asphalt to give way along the edge and got out twice to check. Once I got onto the pad I got out again to check spacing and alignment. This is when I noticed the trailer tires had sunk into the gravel. As I turned to go back to the truck I noticed the rear truck tires had sunk to the rims. I had to put it in 4 wheel drive to get off the pad. There were two of the owners present and watching this because one of the other fifth wheels had ripped off a landing gear and his dump tube for his sewer hose connection while trying to execute the very tight, uphill, 180 degree turn at the end. This was the only way out. As I got back onto the asphalt, I told one of these gentlemen that we weren't staying and that I'd expect a full refund. He said he'd take care of it. As we executed the very tight turn to get out I could once again feel the asphalt giving way underneath the front right tire. My wife was watching to make sure we didn't rip off our landing gear. Luckily, we made it out with no damage. My thanks to the gentleman in the other fifth wheel who relayed his unfortunate story to us. After we had been home two weeks I called and spoke to the other gentleman who was there at the time and told him I still hadn't received my refund. He said he remembered and assured me he'd take care of it. Today is one full month and I still don't have a refund from this place. I've read their refund policy and their cancellation policy. When you almost jack up your rig because of shoddy workmanship I don't think policies should apply, especially when two owners watch what happened and assure you they'll "take care of it." Because of this experience I've developed my own policy. I never support stupid policies! If you have one of those small teardrop campers people pull behind their Subaru's you'll probably be Ok here. If you have a pull behind bigger than this, a fifth wheel or drive any class of motorhome do NOT stay hear. And if you do stay here, good luck getting out.
