We gave them 4 stars - this is because we were denied our Good Sam discount. We travel from Texas to Florida, peak and non peak. Have never been denied our discount. The reason given was Spring Break, did not set well with us. With that said, people were very nice, accommodating, and great hosts. This is a great family destination ! Also, we are frequent flyers to RV resorts, bar is set pretty high. We would return despite not getting our discount, hopefully we will get it next time so... Read More

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place advertises that they are big rig friendly- they are anything but. The roads are small, the sites are super close together, and the placement of the hook ups are awful! If you come here, plan to bring an extra septic hose or you'll have to buy one at there store, poor neighbor here said that cost him $64. (If this is an issue due to water location and how they build- just make note on your website so people can be prepared- that's totally understandable.... Read More

The ladies at check in were not friendly and the guy the escorted us to our site was anything but helpful. Speed fast in his go cart, and the no guidance on backing in, just sat on the picnic table-while the neighbor noticed and helped guide my husband backing in. Watch out too if you like to walk or kids ride their bikes, small road for the RVs to come in on and no room to enjoy the location. Please do not give this place your money, go to many of the other locations right around. We love this area, Jamaica RV was much better.- update so shortly after this post I received a nasty text name calling me- number was from someone at the office because the next day I got a message from the same number saying someone at the campsite lost their dog and to come to the office- classy. That's a sign of excellent customer service, a much better response would have thanked someone for the feedback, apologizing for the experience and state they are going to use it to improve. But unfortunately my honesty was met with a nasty response. I was really sad to write this bc the pool was nice, other campers nice- so many other places to stay in the area where you will not be treated so poorly.

We were here for a week the end week of March 2020 when the CoVid19 shutdown occurred and we extended our stay until the end of April. Some of of the finest/nicest people you'll ever want to meet run this place. Everything was immaculate, pool, showers (though we didn't use them) laundry room. The restaurant/grill/bar was wonderful, great service and sufficient menu. Our site (C60) was level, actually they all appear to be very level. We will definitely be back here again. Great value for the... Read More

The only thing I'd say my wife and I commented on that was lacking They do need to place a few 'dog stations' at various locations in the park for those that walk there fur babies.

Forget about there restaurant, the hamburgers we ordered came to the table where not cooked, the center was blood red and cold. Asked if they would finish cooking them. After a long wait here they come, we cut the burgers in half and they where still not cooked. We paid over $50.00 and ended up trashing them. In most states they ask "how would you like your burger cooked?". Looked to us that they had teenagers cooking the meals. I also did not like a 'rule' no hanging of bathing suits or towels... This RV Resort (?) claims good fishing, for those who pay a premium price to be on the water. The mosquitoes will carry you away. We may return later this year and try the fishing. Trash pick up is nice, just the times are for those who sleep late. Shower stalls are clean but your fresh clothes are going to be damp, no place to hang them.

Stayed here five days. Resort has only been open for about a month. Decent restaurant and bar. Bar is a great place to sit and either watch the surf or watch the sunset. Channel connects with the bay. Boat launch, cleaning station, multiple piers, nice swimming pool, and friendly staff. All in all a very nice place. A fisherman's paradise.
