We had high hopes for this place after looking at the website. The website is misleading. 1. This campground is overfull with permanent campers which many are getting run down and not maintained. The permanents also “act” like they own the place and travel all hours of the day in and out including UPS/FedEx deliveries to their campers, barking dogs tied outside all day and left to bark, trash and even mattresses left outside and then left outside the trash bin later. 2. There are no Llamas associated with this campground. There are Llamas on the farm that attaches to the campground but you can only see the Llamas from a distance or if you’re lucky they might let you get close to the fence without running away. 3. The bathhouse/laundry facilities cannot be accessed without paying a 20.00 fee to get a key fob but that isn’t mentioned on the site. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. They were clean though. Was gonna fill the toilet papers for them but none was even in there. 4. There is really nothing to do except a cheap metal swing for your children to swing on and a little league baseball field to watch a game (we did like that), sit outside with the permanents running in and out and their dog tied outside barking. 5. Office was never open 6. The 5 sites (seriously like 5) that are left for us non-permanent folks are super unlevel and are ate up with bug’s galore and a broke picnic table. 7. It’s supposedly going through owner change maybe it will improve. 8. Host was really nice and personable but he’s limited to what he can do.
