The park was clean, very well kept and the staff was so friendly. Love getting to stay so close to a lake! Family friendly!

We were running away from Hurricane Irma and happened upon this campground. We were so glad we did because the campground was clean and well kept. The restrooms were very clean and plentiful. The store was well stocked and best of all the owners were the most welcoming, accommodating two people we have met in a very long time. I highly recommend this campground.

We want to extend a major Thank You to Cypress Landing RV Park in Dozier, AL After being evacuated from our first stop during Hurricane Irma, and constantly being told that everywhere we called was full, we were blessed to find Cypress Landing. When we called Wayne & Angie Gatlin, the park managers, and expressed our situation, two RV's with one generator not woriking and a 86 year old woman in it, we were told to come in. Wayne and Angie actually moved their own RV so that we could have electric... Read More

We found a warm, friendly park who relieved all our stress. We were moved to our own site as soon as someone left. Cypress Landing is on Gantt Lake with boats that can be rented, a two person swing near bird feeders so you can relax and watch nature. A nice general store with a large pavillion under construction. So very peaceful and quiet, even though they had a full house. We stayed until it was safe to get back on the roads. We highly recommend Cypress Landing to everyone looking for a piece of heaven. We will certainly visit there again.

We were evacuating from Irma and received excellent service. The owners and staff were very helpful and they even discounted the rates for everyone. Under normal circumstances, this is a great place for boating and fishing.

Came to this park as part of the evacuation of Florida for hurricane Irma. Manager, and his staff, could not have been kinder or more generous. The manager was doing everything he could to find a spot for evacuees to get them off the road. I was met by camp workers at 12:30 am (after a 13 hour drive) to get me backed in and settled. Over the weekend, there was free food available for everyone at the unfinished (at that time) pavilion. Roads and sites are gravel and dirt. Water pressure is over... Read More

Over the weekend, there was free food available for everyone at the unfinished (at that time) pavilion. Roads and sites are gravel and dirt. Water pressure is over 100lbs, so be sure to use a pressure regulator. Motor gasoline, as well as, non-ethanol gasoline is available for campers and the general public. Main office has a small store with the usual supplies. Verizon voice and data excellent. ATT is non-existent. I am told you can get ATT service at the boat dock. We look forward to returning here for a much more leisurely stay.
