We arrived for a 4 day stay with our 41 ft 5th wheel. I was assigned back-in site 32. After looking at the site, I went to the office to question if my RV would fit into that site. The lady in the office was not friendly as assured me that my RV would fit in that site but do not back into the utility post at the back of the site that was for the site behind me. The sites are not back to back but diagonal to each other which resulted in the back corner of my RV being 1 foot from the corner of... Read More

The sites are not back to back but diagonal to each other which resulted in the back corner of my RV being 1 foot from the corner of the corner of the RV behind me. After getting the RV in the site, I had just enough room to park parallel to the road in front of my RV. The next night when we returned to the RV, the neighbors had a big fire in their fire ring which was placed (by the campground) about 4 feet from my RV and 8 feet from their RV. It also prevented me from parking parallel to the road as it would have been right next to the fire ring. The neighbors sat at the fire ring (outside our bedroom slide) talking and playing music until midnight the 2 nights they were there. There is no security at night to enforce quiet hours and no Park after hour phone number. We lost power on 2 of our 4 days during the day. I don't know the duration but found all our clocks blinking when returning during the day. Campground in clean. Good Cable with channel 3 guide and good selection of channels. We did not look at Bath House.

The bathrooms haven't been cleaned in the 3 days we've been here. The pool closes early every night. The front desk staff are rude. The sites are small, there's a busy street full of trucks, trolleys and any other vehicle that wants to drive down it in the middle off the park, it's not kid safe what so ever. There's creepy old men everywhere. How did this place get a good review to begin with, I'll never know.

Great stay in the heart of everything in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Great amenities, clean restrooms and showers and wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Quiet sites to the rear of the park and lots of shade, level sites and no issues with power or water - all well maintained.

We stayed at this park Nov 7th - 14th., 2019. We arrived around 2:00 p.m., and set up in our reserved spot (E-27), which was very convenient to Bathrooms and Laundry, and had neighbors on only one side of us, which was nice. The park is quite pretty, with tall trees and colored leaves falling everywhere. The bathroom/shower area is nice and clean, with plenty of toilets and showers. The only real downside was the lack of security. We were given codes and my husband said the men's area required... Read More

We were given codes and my husband said the men's area required the code, but the ladies bathhouse area was never locked the entire time we were there, even in the middle of the night. For me, and I would imagine for most women as well, this is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly feel it should be addressed. I reported this to the front office, but nothing was done. There is more noise at this park than we have experienced at other parks, particularly early morning and late night. Maybe the quiet times should be posted in more areas?? The sites are VERY close together, and we noticed several of our neighbors had quite a bit of trouble pulling in and out around other parked vehicles. Part of this is frankly due to inadequate parking.

We stayed for 3 nights in a back in site with 36' class A. Sites were very tight and park was completely full as it was time for the fall colors in the national park. My only real complaint was the office experience. I forgot to present my Good Sam card upon check in. I went back to the office after parking with my card (20 minutes) and was told they wouldn't honor the GS discount as their system was not set up to give refunds or credit back to accounts. Needless to say it didn't leave me with a... Read More

All I can say is buyer beware as the money only goes one way.

We stayed here for spring break this year and it was our 2nd outing in our new camper. The facility was great and the staff was friendly. Plenty of maneuvering room for large rigs. We did not use the bath facilities but they look fairly new.

From the pictures on their website we thought the sites were roomy. They were NOT. Sites are very tight. The only place for my truck was parallel to the one way road we were on. The same for everyone on our street, so when someone came in or out, trucks had to be moved. To be fair it is a very convenient location and the restrooms are topnotch; just like the pictures on the website.

The people that run the place is very nice. We had camped there years ago and they actually remembered us. PROS: Friendly Owners, Clean, good location, felt safe. CONS: It's a small campground and the campsites are tight.
