Seeing the owner has berated every other negative review, I expect no less from mine. How about instead of putting down people who used their HARD earned money to patronize your place, you use our reviews to better your business to make it an amazing experience so that no one else has to go through such a time. While this could of been an amazing experience, from the very moment we went to check in, it was the biggest disappointment. We came all the way from Florida and arrived just over an hour... How about instead of putting down people who used their HARD earned money to patronize your place, you use our reviews to better your business to make it an amazing experience so that no one else has to go through such a time. While this could of been an amazing experience, from the very moment we went to check in, it was the biggest disappointment. We came all the way from Florida and arrived just over an hour before `check in' they literally made us wait in the parking lot even though the entire campground was all but empty (one camper was there). They are blaming COVID as extra precautions. When in reality they could of sent their people in the golf cart to pick up the 3 little pieces of trash (we watched) and hour before. That is just great customer service. About 10 minutes before check in we noticed two other campers headed to the camp site and went in and said hello. They could of called or stepped out of their building to say hey there go ahead. The fire pit is disgusting full of butts. The grill was equally disgusting completely overflowing of previous guests. As was the Dumpster and within downwind directly of our site. The entire reason we chose this campground was the WiFi as I have a business to work. It didn't work the entire time. We had to drive 10-15 miles to get service. I have emailed them twice and went to the office twice and was told to go to the bathhouse. Went down to the bathroom at 10am on Thursday and someone was cleaning it and in there smoking. So headed to town again. Went to the bathhouse again NO WiFi. We have to wear a mask In Their store but they can smoke in the bathhouses and work without one. The entire place was a worn down mess. The playground just across from out site was a complete disaster. That was the first thing we saw when opening our door. We actually abandoned our campsite the last night because we have a huge event online Saturday am, we have to have WiFi. This has to be one of the most disappointing camping trips we have had. And one of the worse camping facilities we have stayed at. Thank goodness we met a couple of other people that were camping to at least be able to say the entire trip wasn't a waste. I have photos and will gladly share them. Also, we NEVER got a discount for our Good Sams Membership

This was part of my Maiden Voyage trip with my new rig. The place was in the middle of nowhere, close to Cumberland Falls, but offered so many things to do !! I was in a back-in, water and electric, the campsite was good size, had a huge table, grill and fire ring. The Dump Station was easy to navigate and took care of my needs. The staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. The large gravel was a little hard for my dog to walk on, but she went along the road in the grass and was very happy.... Read More
