Ok, it's essentially a parking lot with hookups. The gravel and dirt sites are pretty level, the asphalt ones decidedly not. The WiFi at my site was intermittently very good, but dropped connection frequently. The website warns you that your hookups may be a long reach, and recommends extensions for every hose and cord. I needed them. I didn't use the bathrooms. That said, the location is fantastic, just a long walk from everything, and the staff are great.
