As I write this, there is one invalid review by a disgruntled customer who lets one issue taint his entire rating by only griping about the issue and not evaluating the entire facility experience. Disregard it.
Note: I rate 3 stars as average/acceptable. I do not inflate ratings like GS does. Check-in was efficient but curt. Facility is attractive overall with full paved roads and sites. Sites can be a bit close to each other. Mostly long-term residents, but no junk rigs. Area reasonably quiet. Some neighbor residents were friendly and helpful. Wi-fi worked well. Restrooms are combined shower and toilet rooms requiring a key to enter. These invite knocking if someone isn't sure of occupancy or is rude, and it happened. We did not use any other amenities. Don't understand their pricing, as the street daily rate is ridiculously high compared to their longer term rates, but price was competitive with GS discount. Recommend? Yes.
The park is attractive and convenient. I explained to the staff upon arrival that WIFI was extremely important to me for financial reasons and that if there system was not of good quality I would go elsewhere. I was advised clearly that they had a great WIFI system and there would be no problems. It turned out that their WIFI system was so slow as to be almost useless. I informed the staff of this within hours of my arrival and they appeared to have little concern about it. I needed to do some stock trading at 6:30 a.m.on a Monday morning and it took so long for the system to respond that I took a significant financial loss. The manager I complained to was hostile and obviously had no interest in my problem. I will never go back there.
