We have a wide, shaded and level site with full hookups including cable TV. I work full time from my motorhome and depend on a reliable Internet connection. We have a wide, shaded and level site with full hookups including cable TV. I work full time from my motorhome and depend on a reliable Internet connection. I usually have to depend on my AT&T hotspot, but I haven't needed to do that as long as we've been here. The park is located in a nice quiet farming community. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable. The park has been remodeled recently. The interior of the buildings look new and there is nice landscaping with lots of shaded grassy areas. The bathrooms are nice and clean with private shower areas. I can't say enough good things about this place, we really like it. We will stay here again and we recommend it to anyone staying in Moab.

Nice little RV Park. We got the PA rate. Owners very friendly when we checked in. We asked for a quiet site and they put us at the back with no one next to us on either side. Nice. Far enough away from the highway that noise is not an issue. (Most RV parks in Moab are right on the highway.) Few large trees, but, hey, it's the desert and it was green enough to feel pleasant. Close to Arches and Canyonlands. Restrooms were clean and adequate. We would stay here again.

This park is outside of Moab near Spanish Valley. It is not too busy being away from Moab the park is quiet, owners were very friendly. We stayed on the outside near the Arena and it was very nice. Some people said the park was dusty because it has dirt roads, "Camping" dust is part of camping. It was not that dusty, there are shade trees which is a must for Moab.

Very friendly staff. We had a pull through and had ample room. Pet walking area through fence by arena. Far enough from main highway so little road noise. Close to town and Arches National Park. Would stay again.
