First off before entering the OFFICE at this Park, Stand back from the Door or you will be hit in the FACE with SMOKE. The one thing I hate the most is HEAVY smokers. You have to hold your breath or you will get instant Cancer! Why can't these people smoke outside!
Secondly, they have limited 50 amp spots and the 50 Amp service is a HOT Receptacle, No Breaker to turn it off before plugging in your RV. And the Plug has NO COVER to protect from Rain. VERY DANGEROUS. I was barely able to plug in my Surge Protector to make sure the HOT PLUG was OK, before plugging in My RV. THIS IS NOT A SAFE SETUP AT ALL!
The spaces described on GOOD SAM state they are 60 ft.. Not quite! My Rig with 41ft. 5th Wheel and 22 ft. RAM 3500, extend 63 ft. and DO NOT FIT in these small spaces.
I WILL AVOID THIS PARK IN THE FUTURE. NOT THE BEST!
Access off hwy 62 good. Do Not use Good Sam gps directions to the park, they put us in a corn field miles away.
use the owners directions. Call ahead and believe him!
Overnight # 29 70' pull thru site was very good, hookups located properly, site level both ways. Did not use facilities.
Shuttle to Lamberts Cafe, 'The Home of Throwed Rolls' much appreciated, immediate seating ahead of the waiting line, worth a tip to the Lamberts driver.
