We were disappointed in this Good Sam park - it was not well kept up, sites were dirt and weren't level, garbage was around on the grounds. The bathroom, however, was very clean. We asked for a site with a tree, and the tree was dead. We were glad to stay only one night.

There are precious few "Mom and Pop" places left. This is one and I was happy to find it after a long day driving. Everything worked just fine. All the spots are easy pull-throughs. The best part was how quiet this place was. It's really an in-town park but it's well enough off the road that you don't hear anything. I'd stay here again if I was passing through and do recommend you do too! We need to support folks like this or pretty soon, we'll all be sleeping in a Walmart parking lot.

We arrived at Wind River RV Park in Riverton, WY. We were told the WiFi network and password. We were told to park in spot 10, but when we got to it there was a camper in it. I had to go back to the office and was reassigned spot 9. While hooking up we notice a cable hook-up. I went to the office and was told that they used to have cable, but the cable company wanted too much to continue. The manager said that he wish they would remove the cable hook-up and I agreed. The camp was clean and graveled. The restrooms and laundry were clean and right next to our spot. You had to pay to take a shower. ($1.25 per 12 minutes) With full hook-up, we did not need the showers. We were very pleased with the park and it was a great value.

Glad to find for just an overnight spot. No extras here but everything is clean. Staff helpful. Nice and quiet. Bring quarters.... For your shower that was a first.

The host was very polite and extremely helpful. The site we were in was level and a long pull-thru. The restroom was very clean. The campground was easy to get into and out. It was a well kept park and very quiet.

Great place for an overnight. Staff is helpful and nice. Bathrooms are clean, bright and well kept. Showers are clean and private. Campground is easy to find, and near a 24 hour Wal-Mart and food. Long, level sites are pull through. A great place to stop after a long day driving through empty prairie.

Just an OK overnight place. In the past it may have been a nice place, but it hasn't been kept up (it's mainly a permanent place for full time renters). Weeds, grasses are dead, etc....
