Park management does not enforce their own dog leash rules.˜ The park hosts had their dog running loose when I checked in and this morning.˜ This morning I was stalked by two pit bulls and almost bitten.˜ The owner of the dogs said she had been in the park for months and that I should get out of her face and that her dogs were harmless.˜ One of her pit bulls was deadly quiet while attempting to sneak up on me.˜ The owner was at her trailer and unaware of the situation occuring about 100 yards away until I started yelling.˜ She called her dogs off, but it was a near catastrophe.˜˜ Another unleashed dog attacked my dog while I was attempting to find the nonexistent dog park the park host directed me to.˜ Four unleashed dogs, two very dangerous, were on the loose this morning.

The one staff member I met was very friendly and helpful. That is the only plus I have for this campground. There are many trailers that people apparently live in permanently here, and they look as though they will fall apart any time. The roads throughout the campground are extremely narrow and rutted. There isn't much pavement left in many places. There is no cable tv and even the antenna wouldn't bring in any of the 8 channels listed in the brochure. As others have said, it is an easy on and off of I 75.

Management wasn't friendly. Says on app that they offer military discount but they don't. They didn't have change for laundry which was $2 to wash and $2 to dry so I only did one load. The pool was nice and restrooms were clean. Wifi worked pretty good. I wouldn't stay again because of the service.

Actually, we didn't stay here. We drove up to it, and the sites were so eroded that I was worried about being able to level up. This might be a nice place to stay in a smaller pull behind camper, but not in a larger class A. I barely made it out of the park, the roads were in such poor condition and twisty.

Small RV park off I-75, north of Gainesville. Dirt sites. Shade trees, country setting. Pool and outdoor covered laundry facilities. Near Ginnie Springs (scuba, swimming, camping) and O'Leno State Park. Shopping and restaurants in nearby High Springs. No cable, but there was good wifi at sites close to the office. Not fancy - but a nice, quiet RV park right off the highway. Friendly management.
