We liked most everything about this park. The river is incredible. The facilities are modern, air conditioned and very clean. The owners know what they are doing and they are attentive. I was a little turned off by one of the guys there who rode around on the golf cart kind of snarling at us - I didn't feel he was there to help make our stay better, but rather as an enforcer of their rules. That was the only negative thing I could think of. The ladies who were there when we checked in were... Read More

That was the only negative thing I could think of. The ladies who were there when we checked in were awesome. They stayed late to welcome us, and were very helpful and friendly. The store is really nice and their evening campfires are a nice touch. The campground is very proximate to Yellowstone to the north, and Livingston to the South. Plus, there are some neat things right up the street in Emigrant, including Chico hot springs/horseback riding/spa. You can be in Bozeman in less than an hour. We drove only 20 minutes north to Gardner, where there are great restaurants and outfitters. We did Flying Pig rafting trip and that was awesome. I highly recommend this campground, and we'd stay there again.

Very nice campground. Staff and people were all very friendly and helpful. Right on the Yellowstone River and not too far from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. If we return to this area, good possibility that we will stay there again.

We stayed here in June 2020. We had a pull through site. They are very pet friendly. This RV Park is set on the Yellowstone River and the view is breathtaking. It is a short drive to Yellowstone. The bath house/laundry was like new and impeccably clean. The camp workers were friendly and helpful - even helping my daughter fish so that she caught her first rainbow trout!

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice people and close to the Yellowstone River. Beautiful setting. Stayed for a week and will return again. There is no cable and no channels from your antenna. It is a drive to cities and Yellowstone, but that was no problem. It is spaced well to get to area cities. If you like to fish the river is handy. Internet is pretty good until 6:00 p.m. Maneuvering is pretty good as long as people park properly in their sites. Will definitely return.

Excellent WiFi, but limited cell phone coverage and no cable. Would spend the entire summer there if possible.

This is a GREAT destination park! The park is well maintained, the owners and staff are wonderful, and the views are spectacular! The park has THE BEST laundry and restroom facility we've ever seen! They're all in a single building that was always spotlessly clean. There's a game room in the same building, so you can shoot pool while waiting on your laundry. Open fires are not allowed at the campsites, but they have a community campfire every night, weather permitting. On Sundays they have an ice... Read More

Not impressed with the location of the RV Park, when they said it was close to the highway and no one has complained, I find this hard to believe. We stayed here two nights and our site was #65 which was right beside the guard rail for the Highway to Yellowstone. The noise was unreal and we would have went to another RV Park but we would have not been re-imbursed. If you like the noise of traffic from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm this is the site for you.

Don't let the name fool you. They are not at the edge of Yellowstone. They are the edge of knowwhere. And to make matters worse if you are any level of active there is nothing to do. The WiFi is terrible unless your 6' from the antenna. And if your like us the whole reason we stayed at this retirement home was Yellowstone. So when you go all day and want to relax with a movie or something forget it the "game" room closes at 9. There is no cable so if you do want to watch a movie pull up a floor... Read More

There is no cable so if you do want to watch a movie pull up a floor and sit , that's the only way it works. Sure some of the people are nice but when your burning half a tank to get to and back it doesn't really matter . Long story short this is not the place to stay if your wanting something to do. If you want to sit and do nothing . stay there......

This may be the most beautiful RV park we have ever visited. We were in site 48 less than 100 feet from the Yellowstone River as it flowed by, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Gorgeous! The sites are completely level gravel with grass at each site and nice trees. A good amount of space between each RV so you don't feel too close and fairly deep pull-throughs. Very friendly staff and the park is kept spotless. The only negatives is the laundry which is kept very clean but only... Read More

Very friendly staff and the park is kept spotless. The only negatives is the laundry which is kept very clean but only had 4 washers and 3 dryers. Too few for the number of RVers. It is also a little out of the way for Yellowstone NP, approx. 30 miles and 18 miles to the nearest city, Livingston. However we felt the beautify of this park out weights the driving distances. One additional bonus is the Camel Discovery Center which is located directly across the street from the RV park. We decided on our last day to visit and ride a Camel. To our surprise it was very interesting and the knowledge of our tour guide was excellent and lots of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding restrooms/showers - the view of the river is incredible. Everybody is extremely polite and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay, even with a little traffic noise, it was a wonderful stop.

Yellowstone's Edge RV Park is the nicest RV Park from the junction of I-90 and US Hwy 89S in Livingston MT all the way to Gardiner MT, which just a few miles from the North entrance to Yellowstone Park. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in you having an enjoyable stay. The Park has good 50 amp power, good WiFi, and a spacious, clean restroom/shower house with very nice laundry and game room. The store features 8 varieties of hand dipped ice cream including Huckleberry. With scenic mountains in the background, the beautiful Yellowstone River runs beside the RV Park and there are many river access points to go fishing. However, as a result, there are also many flying insects, which are a nuisance and they get inside your RV when you open the door. While I agree with the Good Sam rating of 8/10/9.5, the RV Traveler needs to be aware that this RV Park is located in a rural area 18 miles South of Livingston MT, which is the nearest town with services, 35 miles from the North entrance to Yellowstone National Park, approximately 82 miles from Old Faithful and Inspiration Point in the center of Yellowstone, and approximately 100 miles to the South entrance to Yellowstone National Park. If staying at this RV Park, the RV Traveler needs to realize they will have to get up early, drive long distances to visit Yellowstone National Park, and return to the RV Park very late in the evening, which makes for a long, tiring day. Also, the RV Traveler needs to be aware that the average speed driving through Yellowstone is 35 mph because of wildlife sightings, which snarl traffic to a standstill and getting behind slow moving traffic and RVs. This reduced driving speed effectively doubles your driving time while in Yellowstone National Park. RV Pilot

This has been our most favorite RV Park on our summer tour of the US. Located on the river and 30 miles north to the entrance of Yellowstone.

Beautiful and very well maintained RV park. The staff is equally as knowledgable and helpful in every way. While all sites could be a little larger, this is by far the nicest campground we have ever stayed in.
