Appeal Rating After 9 hours on the road was ready to stop. Got on my iPhone and found blue spruce, it was rated by Good Sams. I'll say one or 2 good things. Easy to find and get too, and the man in charge was very nice. After that nothing was good if you could not get on Wi-Fi, on either iPad or my iPhone, the place was a complete dump, everything was very shabby and poorly done. The neighborsDo not take care of their rigs at all, and the sewage connection was right in front of the front door of my rig. All the connections were very shabby. We were right next to a railroad station which made for a fun night. And it was dumpy to look at all the way around. I will not be staying here again

I arrived after hours. Signs stated full-hookup sites are $19.; after hours, pick an open site. All full-hookup sites were full. i selected a site with only electric and water. After I leveled, an employee came by and informed me that 50 amps would cost $2 extra. I did not need 50 amps so I plugged into 30 amps. My surge protecter tripped and indicated that 30 amp service had an open ground. The employee advised me the equipment was old and probably had a loose connection. He advised me to use use the 50 amp service or move to another site. I plugged into the 50 amp receptacle and flipped the switch. The switch broke in my hand, cut my finger, and exposed the interior metal parts of the circuit breaker. Only one circuit of the 50 amp breaker worked. The employee advised that he would have the breaker repaired in the morning.
I would advise RVers to test electrical circuits before picking and setting up in a site.
