We arrived late in the afternoon. Was informed the rate for WATER and ELECTRIC( only) is 73.00. We requested a full hookup site but apparently none were available. Went to our site and got set up. The site was dirt and due to recent rains it was muddy. Wifi was nonexistent. They claim they are upgrading but hopefully have a long way to go. It appears, due to the recent fires, they raised their rates as many people that were displaced needed a place to live but if that is the case it seems a little heartless. Park is set in a remote area which was kind of cool. I just cant justify a higher due to high rates and poor internet.
