Stayed overnight on 2/23/21. Chose this place because of high ratings on Good Sam and Google. They were spot on. Gorgeous location with well leveled gravel spots, despite being hilly. Our spot (#5) was one of the longest pull throughs we've ever had. Didn't have to reposition the truck and still had tons of room after disconnecting. Lots of trees and foliage. Guessing it's gorgeous in the spring when everything is blooming. Cable TV and WiFi were very good with less buffering than at most RV parks. Did not use any of the facilities. Easy access off of hwy 45S and about a mile from I-22. Easy check in and gracious hosts. They do NOT take credit cards, so be aware/prepared with cash or check.

The sites are really close together, making it difficult to navigate. We were told we had a pull-thru site, but when we arrived the note on our paperwork said we must unhitch (nobody was in the office at 4:30 PM on a Friday, presumably due to COVID?) for our one-night stay. Since there was literally nowhere to put our truck, we just stayed hitched, as we were not blocking anyone in. Our neighbor had the same problem but his truck was blocking us in so to leave in the morning we had to back out of our "pull-thru" site.

This is a very nice park. Woodsy setting. Our lot was fairly level both stays. This is not your typical "cookie cutter" park. This is a park you can kick back in and relax. We found the grounds to be very well maintained with personal touches from the owners such as birdhouses and nice little signs not to mention all the plants, trees and shrubs. Close to any sort of restaurant you would want, shopping, grocers and a very large mall. Lots of history in the area and let's not forget it is the birthplace of "the King" Elvis Presley. Turns are tight but doable. Staff friendly and courteous. We knew upfront it was cash or check and had no issue with that. We will definitely return on our next trip South and plan on spending more than a night.

Lovely, well-maintained park convenient to freeway, restaurants and shopping, Sites are gravel and pretty level. This is our third stay in three years and is a perfect overnight spot. Reasonable price, cash or check only.

Conveniently located in the Tupelo, Mississippi area we found our stay welcoming and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and willingness to accommodate us even after a reservation mix-up. A well maintained park is aesthetically pleasing and this one meets the bill. Though the narrow turns can be a bit challenging they are manageable and should not deter one from accessing the many wide sites. Though built on a hill, the sites are well kept and leveled nicely. We had no problems in our 40' DP. Wish we could have stayed a few days and checked out the local attractions. Priced a bit above average but the park is above average, too.

We stayed at the Campground at Barnes Crossing for the weekend while in town for a convention. I submitted an on-line reservation request the previous weekend. The staff emailed me first thing Monday morning confirming my reservation. I had a few questions regarding our late arrival and the staff communicated very well with me. We arrived after hours and followed the instructions and found our reservation in the late arrival box. A map was provided with directions to our site. The campground is a nice place to stop for one night or several nights. The bathroom facilities were kept clean and the park has access to washer and dryers. The campground was quiet and peaceful. Most of the sites are shaded which was good for sitting out in the morning and during the day. The park is easily accessible from Why 45 or from the Natchez Trace. It is within 3 minutes of any amenity you may need. Even being that close the park feels secluded. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Quite no frills campground. Long gravel pull through spots that are fairly level. We only spent the night there and would definitely stay again. Good water pressure and power. Internet was spotty and needs to be stronger. Ala in all it was a nice place!

Very cozy campground, it's not the typical concrete and asphalt with wide open spaces. Tucked into the trees with level lots, built into gentle slopes. We where traveling through on business, and this was at the right spot, Barnes crossing has a lot of shopping and resteraunts so if your in need of supplies everything is close. We did not use the restrooms so no opinion there, the sites are large with plenty of room. The roads are a touch tight but if you driven anywhere you have been on tighter roads. anytime I'm passin through this area this will be my go to stop.

This is a beautiful campground with large shady sites. I would not suggest it for an overnighter, but if you're planning on staying a few days, it's very nice. The sites are unlevel, but once we got our coach leveled, we enjoyed our entire stay. The roads are paved; the sites are gravel. Each site has a picnic table. There are birdfeeders all around the campground. The people here are very friendly. The laundry room has only two washers ($1.50) and two dryers ($2). The entrance to the Natchez Trace is close. Walmart, a mall and grocery stores are just a few blocks away.

This RV park is a gem in the woods! The sites are super-huge and have been crafted to be on very level ground in tiers along the hillside. Reinforced barrier walls support the tiers and provide an fine backdrop to the site. The management is super friendly and you can tell they really care about the park and its guests. The office area is warm and inviting place to hang out and is decorated with all kinds of appropriate country stuff. There are decoration and bird feeders everywhere which naturally leads to lots of birds - which we totally enjoyed. At first glance, the roads network appeared a bit narrow and curvy, but there were no problems with my 37' 5th wheel and there are signs everywhere indicating which direction you should go when you desire to leave. This seems like a very popular park and is busy with lots of rigs coming and going. I would definitely return to this park if ever in the area again

Very cozy and quaint RV park, I wouldn't let the name fool you - it is not a "campground" and our 45 ft Alegro Bus fit with no problem even with our tow vehicle attached. It is in secluded spot with lots of pine trees, just beautiful. The people in the office were very friendly, so much so we stayed there twice on our way to and from the Tiffin Service Center/Tiffin Factory. It's a great place to stop for a night or for a week, there is nots to do and see nearby.

I haven't used any of the facilities. I'm a first time visitor to this campground. I would definitely stop here again. In fact I like it enough to book an extra night.

We have stayed at this campground several times and have always found it to be very nice. The people are friendly and they have private spacious lots. We did not use the campground restrooms/facility.

Made reservations in August 2015 for two pull-thru sites for one night stay. Arrived at rv park and was told that one of us had to drop our tow vehicle and pull in facing the other rv. Complained that this was not pull-thru sites and was told, Yes, they are; one of you just has to back up to let the other one out and if we wanted to we could drive another hour and a half to another campground. If you are looking for a pull-thru site, be warned. After a long day's drive, you should not have to deal with this. Will not stay here again.
