This park is owned and operated by the sweetest couple. They will do anything to help you if they can. They even recommend great eating places in Bemidji. There are BIG TALL trees and lots of birds and wildlife. Chipmunks literally ran over our feet while we were sitting at the picnic table. There are also huge rabbits hopping around. A really cool feature is their nature trail. It made me wish I had brought my dog. They have carved wide trails out of the woods and it is really pretty to walk along... Read More

This is our second time camping here in two years. The back in sites are long enough so you don't have to unhook if only staying for 1 night. The picnic tables are at the back of the sites with plent of green space. The staff is eager to help. There is lots of playground area and the sites are level Great place to return to.

We really wanted to love this place but unfortunately management made that impossible. The campground it self was nice and the others campers around us we're very friendly. Upon check in we let them know we would be going in and out at we came up to attend a friends wedding. They were fine with that, when we dropped our camper they same way we do at home with the table under for added security, and went to leave we were stopped and scolded by the owner. We were told then that we could not leave our camper as it was an eye sore and that we were lucky they let us in in the first place because they have people with $50,000 rigs in here and our stuff isn't nice enough. Well we decided at that point to go to a different camp ground instead. They would not refund us even though we only stayed one night. We camp alot at a variety of camp grounds and no one has ever had a problem with us because our stuff wasn't nice enough. We were quiet and respectful the whole time we were there. I admit we do have an older camper and truck but that is our choice as my husband prefers older things. I would say unless you have an expensive flashy rig don't bother camping here.

Nice park, just off the highway but not so close as to be real noisy, but you can hear some highway sounds. Good interior dirt/ gravel road and sites. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good pull thru and back in sites. Park and buildings are neat and clean. Wifi bogs down badly during peak evening hours but was okay in the morning. Shopping and restaurants are about 15 minutes away. Office hours are different: 12-8; I suspect that the managers are working parents so the hours accomodate their... Read More

Stay away. Disgusting dump pipe from next campsite less than 10 feet from our camper and 2 feet from the picnic table. REFUSED REFUND even though we asked within 10 minutes of arriving. Rude unreasonable people.

This RV park is a little gem in a beautiful setting. The facilities were well laid out and obviously loved and maintained by the owner. We had plenty of space between us and our neighbors, and the tall trees made for a beautiful woodland setting. When in the Bemidji area, we highly recommend you enjoy a comfortable stay here.

Nice quiet, clean park, wooded, mostly level sites. Clean restrooms and showers, very consistent and reasonably fast wifi. Pull-throughs are long and roomy, and plenty of room in back-ins as well. Mosquito control was evident, staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no cable TV but we were able to get 8-10 local channels over the air with our antenna. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Royal Oaks RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
